Kapitel 247: Goodnight, Beasty

It was already the new year and people were already expectant of the spring that would come in a few months. 

Shadow had arrived in front of the mansion and with his magic, he concealed his presence and drank an essence that would make his demonic aura hidden so the others, especially Ava, would not sense that he was around.

Shadow sighed as he stared at the mansion's door, his lips turning into a tight line.

He remembered what the other demons said when they wanted Ava out of the plan already, seeing that she was no longer cooperating with them. 

When Levin had arrived in the mansion, she had never informed them, which was why the king and the prince thought that she was useless. 

It made Shadow worry because knowing the two, especially the king, he might order to kill Ava right off the bat.
