Kapitel 92: Chapter 40 Judgement Unleashed Part 6
"Devour them all!"
As soon as the pretty lady said that the big insects that were around her shot forward and began attacking the weaker enemies, Poe stood back for a second and watched in curiosity as they began ripping the enemies apart with ruthless efficiency. Also, some of the big insects created massive amounts of electricity from their body that they used to attack while others shot very loud, deafening cannons of sound that caused some of the enemies that were hit directly to grab a hold of their heads before coughing up large amounts of blood and dropping to the ground dead.
"Great, just great, it was annoying enough dealing with just this giant bastard and now there's more of you lot, this one doesn't get paid enough for th-"
*RRRROOOOAAAARRRRRR*
Poe let out a loud booming roar cutting the annoying person off before then quickly kicking a nearby building sending a lot of debris right towards the person in question, said person then quickly use they're strange aura to block it by creating a shield in front of themselves. Poe seeing this moved with surprising speed for his current size, once in range Poe punched the annoying person just as their shield disappeared causing them to fly through several buildings one after another until they finally came to a stop several hundred metres away. Poe, who was still very angry about being interrupted while talking to the pretty lady let out another screech which made the nearby enemies weaken drastically as their strength began to be drained from them.
Poe then when on to shoot more chaos rays at the annoying person who currently had the lower half of their body buried under a large amount of rubble. Just as the beams were about to hit the annoying person another one of the weaker enemies managed to land a long range attack on the side of Poe's face throwing off his aim. Poe then turned his head to the side, he was ready to kill the person who had so rudely attacked him only to see said person being run through by the pretty ladys spear, Poe being in the middle of a fight simply nodded at her in thanks before mentally commanding all the tendrils that were coming out of the ground to attack any enemy they could physically reach.
"Watch out!" The pretty lady suddenly shouted as chains with sharp pointed ends made of red energy came flying towards Poe, most of said chains were blocked rather easily but some pierced into Poe's body going right through him.
Poe not really caring all that much about the chains and being frankly fed up with the annoying person charged straight towards them while ignoring the chains that were still in his body. The annoying person seeing this made a massive sword out of the red energy before cutting the air with it, this ended up making an equally large blade of energy that sparked with destructive power, however, much to the shock of the pretty lady and the annoying person Poe simply punch the blade of energy destroying it completely before continuing on towards his target.
Once close to them Poe grabbed hold of the person before they could run or dodge out of the way again, Poe then slammed the annoying person into the ground and not in a gentle way either. The person tried to stand back up but was met with Poe's rather massive fist slamming into them basically crushing them into the ground. Poe then slowly pulled his fist away only to slam it back down soon after, Poe did this over and over and over again until the annoying person was laying in a massive crater, it looked as if a meteor had just hit directly on top of them.
The person had tried to use their aura to protect themselves but it couldn't hold up and eventually disappeared entirely, they were now laying there with their mangled and slightly flattened body that was buried half way into the ground.
"Well... that was rather impressive" the pretty lady said as she appeared in the air next to Poe's head.
*BOOOOOOOOOOM*
"Huh?!" Poe and the pretty lady both were rather surprised when a massive explosion went off close to the outer wall of the city
"Oh, it would seem that our reinforcements are here" Poe could barely make out the large army that had just broken through the outer wall and were currently pouring into the inner part of the city.
"Well my large companion shall we... what the...?" The pretty lady trailed off as she and Poe suddenly felt something rather strange.
Looking back down at the now dead annoying person they saw something that surprised them, the person in question was melting or it would be more accurate to say that they seemed to be turning into an odd white gass... or fog. After a second the person's body had transformed fully into this strange gass, it then shot off into the distance, it seemed to be heading towards the general location of where the creator had been heading.
"Well that can't be good" Poe could only nod in agreement with that.
=======Suu pov, sometime before======
"How the hell are you still alive?!"
"What, do you think your the only person in this world who can defy death?" The Bishop said as they slowly walked out from the smoke, their body and clothes almost completely intact with what little damage done repairing at a visible rate
"That's not an answer" I said with an eyebrow raised.
"Why should this one tell you?"
"Because I asked" I said with a smirk
"....Did you honestly believe that this one would fall for that?" The Bishop asked while sounding somewhat taken aback.
"Well you cultist are pretty stupid so yeah, yeah I did. But hey, good job on having enough brain cells in that noggin of yours to figure it out"
"This one is rather fed up of your constant mockery and sass, this one believes you need to be taught a very valuable lesson" the Bishop growled before a strange white mist like gass began to leak out of their body.
(What the hell are they doing now?) I thought before I quickly brought up their status with my Eyes of the abyss skill.
As I looked through their status I found something rather odd to say the least, a lot of there status was completely block by something, it was like the whole thing was filled with static, for an example their name and titles were all fuzzy so I couldn't see them at all. Thankfully though I was able to find the skill that I think they are currently using and surprisingly it was a unique skill and from the looks of it not an easy one to deal with at that.
[Survival of the fittest, listing sub skills:
Betrayer. (Allows the user to steal the life force of those they consider allies or followers to almost instantly heal any wounds they have received. Note, the more life force stolen the greater the healing will be, also, note that it is possible to resist this effect as long as said person is stronger then the user)
Scavenger. (The user can devour the dead with in a certain radius around themselves allowing them to seal a random number of skills or a random amount of physical and magical power from the deceased person or creature, these stolen abilities are permanent and will not disappear over time)]
(Oh shit!)
Before I could move or do anything several streams of a similar white mist had appeared out of no where and were quickly absorbed into the Bishop's body. Moving as fast as I could I transform Blue ash back into it's scythe mode before then using lightning speed to appear in front of the Bishop and slas them across the chest, unfortunately my attempt to kill them before they could do anything was blocked by a crimson red aura that took the shape of a large skeletal hand.
"This one always did like this ability" the Bishop said as another skeletal fist manifested in front of me, it then tried to punch me in the chest, however, instead of actually landing and hitting me it ended up just going right through me instead.
(I don't really like using flame body too much as relying on it may end up causing me to become just a little over confident, after all, if Milim can hit me while the skill is active then there are probably more people who can do that too, not to mention the abilities weakness to water. So yeah, it would be a bad idea to rely on it too much but right now I should make an exception) I thought as I jumped away from them while sending a wave of ice in their direction.
Seeing this the Bishop waved his hand and sent a wave of red energy towards the incoming ice. After a second the two smashed into each other filling the air with a mix of cold and hot steam that made it a little hard to see.
(Wait... steam... that gives me an idea) I thought before I quickly use my ice manipulation, a bit of my frost skill as well as my flame control skill to make two focused beams of boiling hot steam that I shot at the Bishop from my hands.

[Announcement, your skills flame control, ice manipulation and steam manipulation have fused into the skill Temperature manipulation]
Not even really taking the time to look at my new skill in detail I began heating up the air in the surroundings before the Bishop could do anything, seconds later the whole area was covered in scolding hot steam that could probably melt flesh, not that I would be affected all that much by the hot steam but the Bishop was another story. I had used my new found skill to drastically heat up the water in the air around me turning it all into a large cloud of steam, with this skill I could also probably create massive fires or even blizzards if I wanted too.
Sadly before I could do much more all the steam was blown away by a large gust of wind that quickly turned into a small hurricane after a second. Once the steam was all gone I was able to see that the Bishop was pretty badly injured to say the least, however, said injuries were already healing rapidly.
"Is that all you have?" The bishop asked sounding a bit smug after all his wounds fully healed.
"You know what? I haven't used this skill yet and I've been meaning to, so, how about you help me test it" I said as my eyes turned a bright golden colour.
