Kapitel 161: Connecting Pieces

After watching all the blood wash down the drain, I shower two more times. I wanted to wash the past few hours of events from my mind and body. For now, I'll have to settle for just the body. I step out and dry off before dressing in the clothes Lia left for me. Luckily, we're about the same size.

When I step out of the bathroom, I head straight for her office. I lightly knock on the open door before stepping in with a small smile. She looks up from her computer and smiles at me before asking "Feeling better? I have a plate of food for you as well." 

My smile grows as I say "Yes, I'm actually starving. Thank you." She stands up and says "The computer is all yours. I'll be right back with food." I nod and as we walk past each other, she reaches out and pats my arm before walking out.
