I felt my wolf content, just as much as I was, as we watched our mate naked and satisfied in my arms. He wanted to take her too, but that was out of the question for the moment. If my wolf took her then, without me marking her, it would risk everything, and I had to contain my lust. The fear of losing her made him control his as well.

She looked so fragile as her cheeks kept a soft red and her face pressed against my chest. I could stare and look at her for hours and days like that. Faint buzzes caught my attention, and I looked around trying to find where they came from.

I didn't want to wake her up, but when I realized it's was my phone, I moved slowly and tried to reach it. She yawned and opened her eyes a little confused. "Sorry" I whispered at her as I brushed my lips on her forehead and took a hold of the device trapped in my pants.

"Yes?" I asked when I took Alex's call.
