Kapitel 408: Chapter 408: Brave and beautiful

Luna lay back against the sidewall of the pool with a smile. The warmth of the water soothed her nerves and helped her relax. The scent of Witch's Breath flowers filled the room as more and more of the pale pink petals were dropped into the steaming water. 

One servant after the other came and left, checking the temperature of water again and again. But none of them dared to stay in the room for too long. They were all new faces. The goddess ignored their nervous glances and concentrated on the gentle feeling of Ziba brushing her hair. 

The girl was good at her job and had proved herself to be loyal to her. It seemed that she could lower her guard at least by an inch in front of the maid, Luna thought, as she waved her hand around in the water, creating soft ripples on the pool's surface.
