Zack's POV

Sam shivered in fear, seeing him. The boy's heartbeat grew faster with every second he chose to hold on to Elize's hand. The sound of his heart beating against his chest was like a loud drum, announcing to the whole group how intimidated he felt. Zack smiled at him, revealing the tip of his fangs in a warning. He knew that there would be no need to exert force on the boy. He looked as he would faint any moment from now. Sam shrunk back in defeat, quickly releasing Elize's hand from his grip.

"I-" He started, nervously.

But before the boy could finish his words, Elize turned around to hug Zack, dragging all his attention towards her. 

"Zack!" She exclaimed, sighing happily.
