Liam sighed helplessly.

This Big Bird called himself a god, a great lord yet he doesnt know a thing about curses.

"Then I can't kill him yet. We still need to get some information out of him. Besides, he is more useful alive than dead."

"But we can't let any of Bennu's people live!"

Liam waved her hand. "We can decide that for later." She looked at the Big Bird. "By the way, can you give me an extra power or something like a boost? The enemy is surprisingly strong. I need to watch the battle constantly and see what kind of tricks are still left in his sleeve."

Lord Avian's face turned pained. However, when he thought how this war had take all the attention of the Lords in the higher realm, he felt that it was necessary to sacrifice a bit of his power. After all, all eyes were on them.  He must not lose face!

Besides, his life and his great points of luck relied on this war.

He needed a definite win.
