Kapitel 430: EPISODE 101: Amidst the Crowd!*
"Delcatty! Keep up the work, use slash!"
"Mimi, dodge quickly!" Emma commanded desperately but her Pokemon couldn't move for it has flinched. Mimi saw the move coming closer to her. The adrenalin flew over its veins like a carp through the river, but it couldn't move a single muscle, not even to scream. The absolute horror completely paralyzed Mimi, and the more it thought about running away, or simply moving a bit, the more it felt discouraged and utterly terrified.
Mimi decided to close its eyes, cloaking itself for protection as it yearns for help. Then it heard Delcatty screaming pain as it flew back the side of the commanders. Mimi slowly opened its eyes as it saw a Croagunk who was responsible for protecting Mimi. This brought zeal to both it and its trainer as both tilted their bodies behind only to see Detective Looker in a smirk and his three officers.
"Mr. Looker!" Emma was sparked with joy as she rushed to the detective, hugging him tightly while rubbing her head on him. Mimi did the same, rubbing its head on the detective's leg while completely hugging it.
"You've done a good job." Detective Looker complimented as he the other officers who were able to take down most of the Team Galactic grunts.
"Thank you, Mr.Looker." Emma's cheeks flushed in pink colors as she vigorously rubbed her head.
"Alright. Now it's time for me to take part in all the action. Give up, Commander Mars, and Commander Jupiter by the name of the Pokemon International Police! I, Looker, will retaliate if you persist to continue your operations!" warned the sleuth.
Something interrupted as a portal behind the two commanders opened. All five of us were thrown to the face of Earth through the opposite way around instead of falling, we ascended. The champion, Dawn, Logan, and Zeal, they landed on the sides of the pillar's main platform as I fell on the center. Surrounded by pillars, I didn't have the courage to stand as I continued my weep. In front of everyone who was around me, I cried deeply while kneeling.
On my grasps was no other than Lily's flower whom I hold dearest. I snuggled it and like before, all that came out of my mouth were hiccups. My heart was aching, the type of heartache one would feel whenever they're depressed. I saw Charlotte coming towards me but I didn't mind her, she ran, worry written all over her face as she straightened my slouched body and looked to my face.
"Luna? What happened?" she asked worriedly. Everyone was watching me cry. Officers, members of both Team Rocket and Team Galactic, all were gazing at me with empathy. Everything was silent, quietude soared throughout the air and the only thing present was the echoes of my cry and long for Lily.
"Wh-what happened to your microchip?!" she looked at my nape and saw the device filled with scratches, fragments were chipped off. I couldn't stop as my mourning for her continued. She gazed at me and saw the flower I was holding. It was at that moment when she realized what made my heart so soft and brittle.
"Lily?" she murmured softly, leaning forward and hugging me. She patted my back and said softly to my ears, "I'm sorry for your loss. I'm here."
She stood me up and continued to hug me from there. And in front of a dozen, everyone saw the heartwarming moment between me and Charlotte. Then came Mesprit who approached me because of pity. She touched my mind, though I've wronged her. And there, my clouded thoughts for Lily all dispersed as my tears slowly stopped, my emotions changed because of the one who has the power to manipulate them.
I cuddled Charlotte back but my heart still hiccuped. My mouth was trembling still but my tears stopped. Then came the twins who brought their bags with them to me. They smiled and from their bags, they scrambled for something.
"Here. Orange juice! Like you said before, if there is something that would make a frown upside down or could stop any problem, it would be orange juice! We brought some for snacks but then we decided it would be great if you have them instead." Faith and Grace handed one orange juice to me. It made me smile as I poked the boxes with the straws and took the sip.
"Alright! The moment's over. Delcatty, Slash, one more time!" Mars instructed. The attack went straight for Emma who like Mimi, flinched as well. The sharp claws headed straight for her eyes. She'd be blind for all of eternity if the Pokemon dared to persist with its attack. Then from here left, something unexpected came as someone pushed her to the ground.
She took a glance at the man who saved her, the damsel in distress, and saw it was no other than Oliver. She doesn't know her name, nor does he know either. They gazed at each other's eyes while inhaling and exhaling deeply. Heracross jumped into action and slashed Delcatty away before it even came close to its trainer.
Then came an interruption from the corner as helicopter sounds were heard from the distance. From the horizon of the side in which the sun rose, helicopters from the Pokemon International Police went straight for us.
"Abort mission!" Commander Mars commanded to her grunts as they scrambled to ride their helicopters before the Pokemon International Police helicopter squadron reinforcements arrive. Although, because of the detective and his assistant, only a few were able to escape, barely fitting one helicopter. Commander Mars and Jupiter, bringer of war and jollity, both escaped with a mere amount of ten grunts.
This angered the detective as he stared intensely at the helicopter leaving before his sight. Is Team Galactic about to rise under the new leadership of the two commanders? Or will everything fail as well? Maybe when I stay here longer, I'll get to find out or whenever I was chosen to return to Sinnoh. For now, like their leader, they are gone, hidden from sight as so as Team Rocket who escaped as well with them.
As the detective and his assistant were busy dealing with Team Galactic grunts, I and my team used that operation to escape and pass the other way down the mountain. The three lake guardians, those are no longer our businesses as the champion herself decided to handle them and bring them back to their respective lakes.
During the time the helicopters arrived to transfer the apprehended grunts to prison, Logan scoured the whole Spear Pillar. His sudden demeanor dragged the attention of Lucas who was once frozen.
"What are you looking for, Logan?" Lucas asked.
"Huh, a minute ago I swear I saw Luna."
"Luna? Why are you looking for her?" Lucas inquired.
"Well, you see, I was about to invite her to the Pokemon League but I guess I was too late."
"That was sudden, slow down a bit."
"What?! I've told you this before, we're just--"
"For now at least." teased Logan as he finished Logan's words.

NotUse And so, because of their failure in Sinnoh, I plan to give Luna a legendary Pokemon which will be used for Team Rocket's ultimate scheme. Since they've already succeeded in Hoenn, I thought it would be best to let them fail in this volume and give the victory streak to them from Gen 5 to 8
