Kapitel 40: Explanation

"Who was that man? Why was he so sad at seeing me forget him? Didn't he kidnap me? And are you part of his pack?" I asked all the questions on the top of my head, to the doctor who was still trembling from the handsome guys outburst.
"Ah, yes, he's the Alpha in this territory. I don't know if I should be the one to inform you about this, but you are the Luna in this pack. He used to be very heartless and stoic, but ever since he found you from searching all over the wolf territories, he's been smiling a lot more. It also affected his pack members by lifting up their spirits. But I don't know how you got the idea that he kidnapped you. He saved you from an intruder, but you got injured from the ambush. He stayed by your side without sleep, waiting for you to regain consciousness." The Doctor said calmly as he typed away on his computer.
"Wait... me... and that man... we're lovers?" My jaw almost dropped to the ground. How could this be? Is that why he was so hurt? It does sound believable. But what happened to me to make me forget about my lover?
"Oh, they found this on you, you wouldn't let go of it no matter how hard we tried to pull it out of your hand." The doctor's words stopped my train of thought as he passed me a necklace.
The necklace looked like a huge tooth. It didn't look like humans, and too big for a werewolf. "What creature does this tooth belong to?" I looked up, asking the busy doctor.
"Well, it is big in size, I would guess an Ogres, Giants, Howling Hybrid, or a Dragons. You'll have to ask an expert to know the exact species it's from."
"...a dragons..." I mumbled under my breath, returning my gaze towards the necklace. "It is a dragons tooth." I don't know how I know, but it just feels right. Maybe it was very important to me, I should keep it safe from now on.
" Hey, when can I get out of here?' I asked the doctor. "Ah, when the Alpha says so." His answer was a quick reply.
"When can I get my memories back?" I better get as much information out of him that I can.
"My guess is any day now. Here look at this." He passed me a scan of my brain. "There's not much damage, it's just you experienced too much pressure on your head."
"So, how long can it take up to for my memory to restore?" I asked after handing him back the scan.
"Well it could take up to about any number of days at this point, but the damage on your brain isn't that severe. It could take up to about a few months to years even at that point. I think that you'll be fine in about a month at the most."
"Oh, okay.... then can you call that Alpha? I'm ready to go home."
