Kapitel 37: The 2nd Floor

The forest was gigantic, bright, and blooming. Its canopy was dominated by crab apple, redwood, and elm, sufficient twinkling lights burst through their crowns for a diversity of bushes to make use of the branch and twig-laden ground below.

Quiet tree limbs held onto the occasional tree, and an array of flowers, which were found in the quietest places, added colorful variety to the otherwise unchanging forest grounds.

A disharmony of wild noises, predominantly those of critters, brightened up the forest, and were in harmony with the rustling of the leaves and branches of the tree tops in the wind.

Dante arrived on the second floor and it was a forest again. 

''Show me my current status,'' Dante asked while leaning against a tree.
