Using a simple spell that he learned previously, the air surrounding Juin turned somewhat distorted. Within seconds, and visible to one's naked eye, his previously drenched clothes dried up quickly. 

When the last drop of water was evaporated from the surface of his body, he smiled and looked up at the princess. "Having the ability to control flames can come in handy…"

"Ah, I was wondering why your surrounding seemed so distorted earlier," the princess said, "so it turns out that you were using flames? But I didn't see any fire!" 

"I can create enough heat without generating flames," Juin explained rather shyly as he scratched the back of his head. "But it took longer than I thought… Usually, I can dry myself up quicker."
