Ian made sure she was in no longer pain but he noticed how from Elise's moans that there was no slightest pain that she felt instead, the aching pleasant feeling as though the place she had been wanting to be touched was finally rubbed. 

Elise couldn't handle the pleasure when Ian had moved inside her. When his hips moved around, he rubbed the exact spot that had been throbbing. Her body raised on the bed.
