Barry apologized when he saw how Jade emits a deadly aura. Although he intentionally played with his words, he only did it to test the woman. And as expected from all mothers, they are ready kill or die for their own children. He smirks within him. 

"Truth is, I am here to ask you to come with me..." 

Still, Jade couldn't understand what's going on. What does he truly want. Seeing that she was unmoved plus the confusion painted all over her face, Barry continued. 

"As I told you earlier, I am Marcus' father. I don't know why he didn't mention me to you but we just recently weaved our relationship as father and son and believe it or not, we got each other's back. I was with him when you left him too."
