Lijuan didn't sleep well that night. She began to cuss herself when she saw the dark shadow under her eyes the next morning. She had spent the sleepless night making drawings instead of wasting it just staring into space.

In the afternoon, herself and her family were going to pay Chairman Wang a visit to have lunch with him since it was his birthday, how was she to go there looking like this? 

The thought of seeing Mrs Wang again was another issue. She had been rude to the woman a couple of times and hadn't held back because she hadn't thought anything was going to happen between herself and Yun. And it was an open secret that both mothers didn't like each other. Lijuan wasn't looking forward to the gathering at all. 

Maybe she should apologize to Mrs Wang and try to be friend with her? But remembering Jenny and how close she was with Yun's mother made her frown. Just what were they up to?
