Kapitel 144: Director Mei

Secretary Chu stood before Yang Lei wondering how to say what he wanted to say, was he to refer to Miss Ning Shan as his boss' fiancee or just as a representative of XY Decor? He decided to go with the latter since he was referring to her in relation to work.

"The representative from XY Decor sent a mail which I have forwarded to you." Secretary Chu informed Yang Lei who looked up at him in surprise.

"Really? That was fast. She must have been working on it throughout the night." He said with an impressed nod. 

Secretary Chu really wanted to ask Yang Lei about everything including the rumours the tabloid had spread about them being engaged but he knew it wasn't in his place to ask.

"Alright. I'll go through it." Yang Lei told him and immediately Secretary Chu turned to leave, he called for him. 

"Your brother, how is he?" He asked.
