The moment Yun got into his house he went straight to the dining to eat the meal Feng Liu had left him on the table. He had already lost his appetite but he didn't want her effort to be in vain.
As he made his way upstairs after eating, he stumbled on the item Lijuan had brought him at the passage where she had left it.
"Probably a painting." He guessed as he picked it up and walked into the room with it.
He sat on his bed as he tore open the wraps she had used in covering it. He paused halfway when he spied the top half of the drawing.
It was a hand drawn image of him wearing a suit and smiling brightly. It wasn't a painting, just a pencil drawing of him.
He tore it open completely and saw a neat inscription at the bottom of the drawing 'May you always smile like this.'
He felt touched and smiled at the complete drawing. She was a damn good artist, he would give her that. It was only a pity she wasn't doing it for a living.
