I try to recollect everything and Mona confirmed he was poisoned...

Because just before this incident he requested Tom to save his life through requesting the court on his behalf. And that too he is a criminal and he wears the criminals uniform and his dress is arranged by the cops and they will check each and everything on his body before he wears the uniform and they don't allow him to carry anything like a poison capsule. So I am sure he doesn't carry the poison along with him...

I look around once again to find any clue but this time my mind was occupied with cops...
