Kapitel 340: Her confession

Max's mother entered the room, looking a bit older than when she had arrived at the villa.

Worrying about Emily is already taxing and now Max was making her feel frustrated. 

They should look for solution, not having another child intentionally torturing himself. 

Upon entering the room and saw Olivia Smith held by her son with his eyes closed, her heart lept in joy and she walked towards them carefully to not wake him.

Emma was amused with how the woman was mouthing words to her.

Her heart broke after understanding what she was trying to say.

The woman was pleading with her to endure having Max stay like that for at least 10 minutes more.

She claimed she would massage her after, so she shouldn't worry about going home with sore muscles. 

Emma shook her head and saw the woman's face dropped. Yes, she wished to hold him like this, but if his mother was looking this sad, that means she has more work than standing to do.
