Kapitel 101: After the same people

''C-Cuck…'' Daisy stammered as her eyes widened in disbelief. She analyzed the previous situation and realized that Ryle must have seen her outside just now and misunderstood her relationship with Si Yena. She wanted to correct him but then she realized that she could not give any excuse for what had transpired just now.

Her face fell slightly.

As he noticed her dejected look, Ryle sighed. This prideful guy must not have wanted to be spotted by anyone in that state. 

Hence, Ryle Harper, the man who steered himself away from useless emotions like pity and concern spoke up coldly, ''My offer still stands. I can help you take revenge…'' 

''No,'' Daisy said without giving it a second thought, ''It's a personal matter. Don't get involved with it,'' Having worked for him, she knew the ruthless ways in which Harper Society functioned. And this man was a monster disguised beneath that handsome face.
