Kapitel 112: 112. Catching Concubine Ming. Part three.

The two eunuchs, who heard the Emperor's promise of pardon for their families, were immediately willing to cooperate with the interrogation which was taken over by the head of the Emperor's guard; Zheng Yuan who was also the Emperor's chief eunuch.

Satisfied, having gotten what they wanted from the two eunuchs of Consort Ming's men, the two noble men immediately left the interrogation room for Head Eunuch Zheng to take over. The two men walked more leisurely back to the imperial study compared to when they both came. Yu Wang just followed behind the Emperor, feeling annoyed that the Emperor was walking so casually because his anger had subsided with the intention of confession from the two eunuchs. When the palace gates were closed, she saw that the Emperor's golden guards were guarding the front gates. Biting her neat and manicured nails, Su Mingmei felt very anxious. She didn't want to wait like an ant in heat, waiting for bad news. She should be able to find out something about what happened, but how.

"Concubine-" a whispered girl's voice called out, making Su Mingmei look around. Near the wall not far from the hall door, Su Mingmei saw a female servant looking in.

"You-"

"I'm from the Su family." explained the female servant.

"Oh very good."

Su Mingmei felt relieved because of the servant's notification. He immediately walked over to the wall where the servant was hanging.

"Did you bring me news?"

"I was just told to tell you that you were told to be calm and patient. The Head of the Family will try to help you."

"Oh, Grandpa will help me. That's good. That's right, I am the hope for the Su family to become better. If I can survive and get through this, the Su family will also be even more prosperous."
