Kapitel 194: Town Hall Library (9)

When I saw her standing there, all by herself, all I wanted to do was to take her in arms, and hug her close to me. I wanted to keep her in my embrace for as long as I could, for as long as she allowed me to. But I didn't. I fought the urge to do it as her words from earlier rang inside my ears. 

Though I was still unable to keep my concern for her to myself. I couldn't help but ask her about how she was doing when I saw the troubled look on her face. She was standing next to a statue, lost in her thoughts. She looked like nothing else mattered to her except for her thoughts. 

"You look sick." The worlds left my mouth as I observed the small change in her complexion. She looked pale. For as long as I could recall, I have never seen her looking pale like this even when she was sick or in pain. This only added more to my worries.
