Kapitel 27: CHAPTER 27: JUST 3 WORDS

I do not know why Zander spent our dinner which was not a date, date in an expensive restaurant on the rooftop. I know it was expensive because I read it somewhere about their cuisines not only super delicious. But the ambiance is super romantic not only for lovers but for everybody even if you are with friends.
As what I said, I did not push furthermore with him because it may cause another misunderstanding on my part. I do not want to expect things from him unless it really comes from his mouth. Whatever this is with him I know I cannot control my feelings. I guess I have to go with whatever we have right now.
Just 3 words that I have been waiting for years, just 3 words 'I love you' that is all this is.
However, no matter what I want to, no matter what I need to hear I guess this is not the right time for me to hear from him. We just recently met and bond with each other after his graduation.
Second time seeing us eating in public. At least we were not hiding anymore just to spend time alone together. Just twice we ate together so what else should I expect is to go with the flow.
Whatever it is in us I am happy that we could spend time together even just for friendship I am grateful with it.
"You seem mesmerize with the view. You were silent." It cut off my mind when I heard him talking. I forgot that he was just across the table.
"Well, I did not expect that you would bring me here with such a very nice atmosphere." I grinned. "I remember that place in the mountain view we had been back home."
He smiled and nodded. "It was the best place in the world for me. I haven't been there since I came back."
I never been there too because he was not with me. I do not even know where that was because we went there during night time.
"I miss that place too but no one would take me there except you." I frowned. "I do not even know where." I laughed.
Zander laughed. "Maybe one day when our schedule will be okay. We can go for a road trip."
"Really! You have to promise me you will never back down your words on me." I glared at me for assurance.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah! I promise. Cross my heart." I laughed as his action was like we were young teens. "What are you laughing at?" He pinched my nose.
"Nothing!" I giggled.
The waiter came in with our orders. He opened the cover of our foods and I was almost drooling. The smell reached to my nostrils. After the waiter left us, I looked at Zander.
"You go ahead, I know you are starving and so do I." He said, I blushed. I was really starving because I did not had time to eat lunch because I need to work after classes.
These few passed days I have group projects with my classmates. So, I have been doing double time in between school, work and group projects.
I smiled at him as I started slicing the steaks I order.
"Hmmm...." I said, started chewing my first bite. I was soft and tender steaks in fairness for the price itself. "This is delicious."
"I told you not to do that." He shrugged. Shaking his head then continued eating.
'What is the matter with him? I just complementing my steaks.'
"Do not pout like that." He whispered. "Or I will be going to kiss you." My eyes were open wide. I saw him smirking.
I cleared my throat, grabbing the glass of water. We continued eating as well as talking about our days.
We just finished our dinner and stayed a while before we went back to his car. As usual he was always act being gentleman. He opened the door for me before I get inside his car and buckle up.
We were on the road again and curiosity hits me again.
"So, where we are going to next?"
He smiled looking at me then his eyes back on the road.
"Well that my sweet pea is a secret again." He said winking at me.
I shook my head and pouted my lips. He is not going to tell me anything.
"I guess I just wait and see where you going to take me?" I pouted, rolling my eyes on him.
"Do you trust me, sweet pea, huh?" he asked holding his right hand on mine winking me again.
"Okay, Finn, I guess I better shut my mouth again about where we going." I replied with a smile. "May I?" I said as I pointed his sounds system.
"Go ahead, baby." He answered that I always wondered why he keeps me calling baby. I get used to sweet pea but baby or other endearment was kind of being he is into me.
I rolled my eyes about thinking weird things. There I go again assuming about him. Then I confuse about what music he always plays on his car.
After I turned on his sounds, my head turned immediately to his side and my eyes open wide. "What the F...! Is this you were listening to when you are in here?" I said in disbelief because the music in there was Taylor Swift songs.
"Yeah! Why? I found her songs really good." He answered me like nothing to be shocking.
"Really? I thought you were kind of heavy metal; country songs or other kind of music some guys like you love." I told him.
"Well, actually, my favorite are Firehouse songs and Westlife." He said, smiling. "And there are some songs I like too. If I heard it and nice to my ears no specific singers just beautiful tempo, I surely want it downloaded."
"Aah! I see." I said as I browse his playlists and saw lots of songs in folders.
