Kapitel 15: Do Not Try This At Home, School, Or Anywhere Else!

Param tip-toed and went to the second floor, where all the big kids slept. He was just entering his common room when he heard a gasp behind him.

Turning his head, he saw Riddhi staring at the knife on his right shoulder with wide eyes.

Afraid that the lass would shout, he put his hand over his lips and signaled her to keep quiet. Riddhi gulped in horror and nodded her head.

"I'll bring my sister here!" she said as she ran away.

Param shook his head as he watched the pretty lass disappear. How would she be able to survive in this world?

He sighed as he entered the common room quietly.

The common room was just a large room where the biggest teenager who would soon leave the orphanage kids slept. But teenage kids needed some privacy for 'scratching their itch', so they had set up curtains in between each bed. These curtains were put off during the day, and were only put on at night, when it was time to sleep.

While it wasn't much, at least you didn't had to worry about the person next to you suddenly wake up and shout "I caught you!"

Param dragged his body to his bed and sat over it. The knife was pierced on his shoulder from his back, and he was unable to remove it after trying for a while.

"FOOk!" he cursed softly. He still couldn't believe that a large knife has pierced two inch deep into his shoulder. How many are able to tell such a tale?

Thinking such, he suddenly giggled.

"You still dare to laugh?!"

A quivering voice suddenly broke into his thoughts. He turned his head and spotted the twins, Riddhi and Siddhi once again.

Right now Siddhi was staring hard at Param, and even if he had larger muscles than her he felt a little intimidated. Beside her Riddhi who was tear-eyed stood with a medical kit, which was regularly used by Mrs. Purple for the kids.

Param gave a sheepish laugh and said while pointing at the knife with his finger.

"Can you…?"

Siddhi gave an angry snort and her hands shivered as they began to pull the knife. The shirt had already been soaked in warm red blood, and a small fountain shot out as she clumsily pulled out the bloody knife.

Param endured the pain and didn't scream. He didn't want to lose his 'cool character' in front of these lasses which he'd created over the years.

"It doesn't hurt, does it?" Siddhi taunted him and continued her attacks with her vicious gaze.

She quickly cleaned the wound and applied alcohol. When she'd almost finished bandaging, Param grunted and replied with a smile.

"Nay! Men don't feel PAAAAAIIIIINNNNNNN!!!"

Param suddenly screamed as the angry lass applied a little more force. Enduring the throbbing pain he turned his head to look at the girl, only to find that she'd almost started crying. Of course, her meeker sister had already beaten her to it and was already sobbing silently with her trembling shoulders.

He fought the pain caused by his movements and awkwardly hugged the two of them. The fragrance of their bodies danced over his nostrils, which made him forget his pain for a while.

Subconsciously his hands went down, towards the bouncy curves, and then…

Let's just say that Param survived the night…!

As described before, Dhruva was in a desperate situation.

The police officer walked slowly towards the balcony while holding the revolver in his hand.

With each passing second, Dhruva's heart beat twice as fiercely as before. He hurriedly looked behind the railing of the balcony, and instantly made a decision.

He grabbed the railing and quickly climbed over it. Turning to the other side, he then used his upper body strength to lower himself down safely. His hands were first on the metal railing, and he freed one of his hands to grab the balcony wall on which the metal railings were attached.

With one hand now on the balcony wall, he freed his other arm and grabbed the balcony wall once again. Now that both of his hands were holding the ends of the balcony wall, he slowly lowered his body, which almost made him hidden from view except for his fingers.

The police officer entered the balcony and looked around. His gaze was unstable as a result of the few drinks he just had, and didn't notice the 'extra' fingers at the end of his balcony wall.

Outside the balcony, Dhruva was having the thrill of his life!

FOOk! Why did I have to poke my nose into other people's business?

He wanted to cry but no tears came out. The night was young, so Dhruva didn't dare to look down to gaze into the beautiful night; he was afraid that his hands would slip in fright and he'll fall into an eternal sleep.

Suddenly the wind blew….Actually not suddenly, as currently Dhruva was hanging onto the balcony of a sixth floor apartment.

The wind mischievously came and went, but not before stealing his hat. The flying hat caught the attention of the drunken police officer, who scratched his head and wondered just where the hell a hat suddenly came from!

While the police officer was pondering over such a life-changing question, the hanging Dhruva began to feel his arms go numb and his fingers loosen with sweat. As each second passed the fear in his heart increased, as did the amount of curses in his mind for his mentor.

Seconds passed, and his heart beat faster and faster, faster and faster…

Fortunately the police officer decided to ponder over the hat later and went inside his bedroom once again.

Dhruva quickly climbed up with his remaining strength and took deep breaths.

His mentor wasted none of his time as he put the illegal stuff back into their places, and quickly stripped himself and jumped into the bathroom.

Dhruva grabbed this opportunity and quickly opened the lid of the tile. The large and ugly camera was now in his hands, and he quickly took a few pictures.

Finishing his task, he put the lid back in place and slipped out of the apartment.
