"Kirisu-sensei?"
"...." Kirisu was also surprised to see Hiroto.
She blankly stared at Hiroto After a long while Kirisu finally talked.
"What are you doing here?"
"No, I should be the one whose should asks that. What are you doing here?" Hiroto asked confusedly, her cold aura was gone, it school they always felt this teacher was unapproachable, it seems it's only their minds that depicted her, or it was their crowd mentality.
"This should be an apartment right? Where's the landlord?"
"Ah-h, so that's what she's here for," Hiroto sighed, and thought he failed the test that Kirisu had to go to his house but it seems he was wrong, he continued.
"Actually, the landlady was out of the city.. So I act as the landlord here" Hiroto awkwardly laughs.
As his sensei she need to act cool she maintained her composed attitude and said.
"Kuhum, actually I wanted to rent an apartment room." Kirisu got red for some reason.
'Something happened to her house?' Hiroto thought.
"You don't have somewhere to live sensei?"
"Denied, I live at a hotel nearby." Kirisu didn't follow up, she calmed herself down. Hiroto understood his position, he didn't probe more.
"Ah, yes what type of room do you prefer?"
"Something simple.."
"Simple?, we have two unoccupied apartment room besides ours."
"Let me confirm it first to the landlady, actually the landlady is my mother so it will be fast, please come inside and have a seat for now."
"Understood" "Kirisu nodded without saying anything and entered the living room.
"Please sit here, do you want some tea sensei?"
Kirisu-sensei seems a bit stiff as she sat on the sofa without moving at all.
"Negative, I'll just wait here."
"Then, please wait a moment "
He went to the terrace outside the living room. He took out his phone and dialed his mother's phone number.
Ruuuuuuuuu..
Another one ring and Hiroto heard her mother's voice. "Ara, this is already the second time, you really miss me that much?"
"Okaa-san just reached Akita prefecture, my destination."
"Then travel safely mom."
"Yes, I'm at my private car already, what did you need for me this time, darling"
"Mom, there is someone who wanted to rent the other apartment room"
"Is it a girl or a boy?"
"Why do you need to ask that?, well, its a girl"
"Then it's okay."
"Hah? What kind of thinking is that?"
"Fu-fu, at least you won't get lonely right, and also you don't have to worry, the apartment building is on your name so technically you're the landlord so just do your job, landlord-kun. Hehe"

Talking to his mother was more tiring than work out, though he understands what to do now.
"Okay mom, I will deal with this." He let out a sigh and hang up the phone.
"Goodluck honey"
Hiroto went back to the living room, and awakadly smiled "Actually, I am the landlord of this place after talking about it to the landlady my 'mother'."
"..."
"Th-then, Please come with me to the room, I'll show you the ins and outs."
"Affirmative."
Kirisu nodded and followed Hiroto to the other apartment floor on the first floor. Currently no one was renting the other 2 apartment rooms that were beside the two floors of Hiroto's house, though it was connected with the stairs, the other rooms had everything it needed.
They reached the room, It was a 1ldk apartment, it had everything except that it was really cozy, the unoccupied apartment was a 13 tatami size overall. It had all needed amenities but it was a bit small compared to the average 1ldk apartments.
The cause was because they had renovations done with the current apartment Hiroto was living in, it was widened so the other unoccupied houses made smaller.
Hiroto showed the empty apartment, from the living, dining, kitchen and the bathroom. It was also because of this that Hiroto had to hire someone to clean the unoccupied apartments, because there were 2 of them and his predecessor was really lazy. Though right now, it was in a decent condition, there were only dust, he felt cleaning it thereafter. Since the cleaner would only come once in a month.
Kirisu nodded with approval, though he felt she didn't care about the slight dustiness on this place since she wasn't even showing some dissatisfied expression. Her calm demeanor made Hiroto feel respect about this strict sensei.
"Good, I can consider this apartment, thank you Tamaki-kun."
"No, it wasn't anything, but if sensei considers this apartment, then when would you move? If you move, you need someone to help right?, I could volunteer for that, just tell me the day."
"Affirmative and denied, I would be moving next week and I don't have much stuff to bring so it's okay not to help."
'Sensei words are really..'
"Ok, can we exchange contacts, if you would be coming and i might not be home, so it's better if sensei contact me for the arrival in advance"

Hiroto was doing the laundry when suddenly his phone rang,
Ruuuuuuuuu
He wiped his hands, then picked up a phone call, it was an unknown number, though he already thought about who it might be.
"Hello, who am I speaking with?"
"Hello, was this Tamaki Hiroto-kun , right?"
"Yes, Ma'am"
"I'm Ashida Yui from Ani Comics, we would like to have a meeting with you, Sir Tamaki-san our publishing house had read your manuscript and were interested in it. you can pick a date for the meeting."
"Then can we have a meeting tomorrow, sunday? that's when I'm only free as I'm a student."
"Ok then, we'll set the meeting at 9:00AM, so for clarification the meeting is for the agreement."
"You mean serialization?, I don't really get how that works, but already an agreement?"
"Yes, we had a very high expectation of you."
"I got everything, see you there."
"Yes, Thank you Tamaki-san"

Though he had apprehension towards living next to the pink haired teacher, he didn't really want to deny her, especially if her cold personality didn't appear in her casual or when she was talking on their fated meeting.
In any case he didn't want Kirisu-sensei to come to the apartment that wasn't clean, or he would fail his job as the landlord-san. The cleaner had already drop by last three weeks before he transmigrated, so there was still a week before he clean it again. But you never know what might happen. Meanwhile, he thought 'cleaning would also give SP right.'.
Since he was the landlord and Mamako told him that the money would be his earnings, she didn't really need more 'she said', from what he heard, his father was really rich. They had a house in America but he wasn't informed yet.
He didn't have a cleaning skill but he had experience before and after, so he spend 2 and a half hour cleaning the rooms, there wasn't really that much to clean, the only hard task were wiping and sweeping the dust, since the apartments rooms was properly maintained and his house was in a good condition, because he usually cleaned the house, he was good at all chores but only bad at cooking.
It was afternoon before he was done, Hiroto wiped his sweaty head with his clothes. He was finally done after 30 more minutes. He took a bath and changed his clothes, he decided to buy food for his dinner. Though he really wants to eat his mother's food again.
With reluctance, he headed to the grocery store. After getting a grocery basket, he spotted Umi at one of the store shelf.
"Umi-senpai, good afternoon, it's good to see you, shopping?" Hiroto waved his free hand at Umi.
Umi was a bit surprised seeing Hiroto here but she quickly calmed herself.
"It's nice to see you Hiroto-kun, and yes I'm shopping as well."
"I see, do you mind if we go together like we do in the bookstore?"
"N-no, I do not mind it all" Umi waved her hand flustered.
Hiroto grabbed the basket Umi was holding and said.
"Let me hold it for you." Umi looked at Hiroto before shyly nodding her head blushing.
They walked together side as Umi picked the products and ingredients, while Hiroto got some ready to eat food. Meanwhile, the bystanders looked at them with an understanding faces. Some gossip can be heard by the two of them.
"My, My, How young this couple are." a middle aged lady talked to her friend beside her.
"Yeah, It's nice to be young I am remembering my time when I was with my husband."
"She's so lucky~ I want to have a boyfriend like him~"
"Yes, me too~"
Hearing other people talked about them made them embarrassed, Hiroto scratched his cheeks slightly blushing while Umi were blushing furiously
"Mommy look at them, they looked like a young married couple" a small child holding his mother while the other hand pointing at Hiroto and Umi.
"Sochi! Stop pointing at them! I'm so sorry about him." the mother put down the hand of her son and apologized.
"N-no, We don't mind. Thank you very much." Umi waved her hand rest assuring the mother.
"By the way, You two seems young and yet shopping together. Are you two newly wed?"
"N-n-no, We are friends that met coincidentally so we decided to shop together. We are not in that relationship yet.; "Umi looked down blushing ear to ear while secretly looking at Hiroto from time to time. Realizing she just messed her words up, Umi felt her head blowing up in red.
"Biguk!"
While Hiroto on the other hand doesn't know what to say in this situation just only
"My, my youth nowadays. I wish you good fortune and stay together ohohohoho" the mother laughed heartily while dragging her son away.
"Then, let's finish our shopping before it gets dark haha" Hiroto broke the awkward atmosphere.
"Y-you're right" calming herself down.
"By the way Umi-senpai, What club are you in?"
"Club? kyūdō club, you haven't picked a club to join?."
"Yes, I don't know which club should I join honestly"
"I see, it's really troublesome, not being able to pick a club. Why not try our kyūdō club?"
"Kyūdō club? Let's see I never held a bow and arrow before."
"Let's just say you want to do some trial and decide after. I can guide and teach you there some basics. How about it?" Umi shyly playing with her index fingers.
"Hm. then I will accept the offer"
"Ah, Please come to our kyūdō club! We welcome you with open arms" Umi eyes lit up after hearing Hiroto's words.
"I'm sorry for getting excited" Umi slightly looked down at the floor.
"Don't worry, seeing you that excited makes you so cute"
"!!!"
Umi was blushing ear to ear like a tomato "Uuuu". Hiroto saw this scene, he smiled gently to Umi. They continued their shopping not minding the other people's gaze and gossip. Meanwhile Hiroto kept saying embarrassing words that made Umi blush time to time. Until they depart.

He ate his dinner and just watched tv at the same time. Hiroto found a tv channel streaming a school idol mv.
''Sou icchau no oikake nai kedo, kihon da ne muneru no kirai yo"
".... Can I do it Take it baby! X4"
'School idol.. They are cute based on appearance and wearing magical girls like clothes was a good combination as it really reveals their feminine side and aura , their dance movements are cool and sharp.'
"Hi! everyone, i'm A-Rise center Tsubasa Kira", "Hello, I'm the Erena Toudou", "'I'm Anju Yuki."
"This is UTX Academy, Welcome." Three of them said cheerfully.
"So this is a school idol, no wonder my predecessor liked it so much and spending his money to nonsense." Hiroto take a sip of his tea while watching A-Rise advertising their school
The tv shows all the features of the school with the 3 members and they are smiling while they talk makes them cuter.
'If only Nishikino-san would smile often then that would make her even cuter.' Hiroto sighed in disappointment.
"Please consider, or we'll struck your hearts kyun-n" they form a gun like on their hand and winks
"So this makes a school popular eh, with school idols." Hiroto turned off the television and drank all the tea on his glass.

'I'm tired' Hiroto slumped to his bed, it was still early night but he just browsed his phone and looked for a game to play but didn't have the energy to do so. So he just put his phone on and turned off the lights.
He had type the novel for two hours and cleaned the whole apartment. He wasn't physically tired but his head wasn't good. So he didn't continue to grind and just sleep, he also had an appointment tomorrow so it was better to sleep early or he might get late.
