She marched towards the nearest exit with unwavering determination, her mind set on escaping the suffocating atmosphere of the wedding. The events that took place had left her feeling like she was on the brink of collapse, and she couldn't bear to stay a moment longer. She needed to flee before her emotions completely overwhelmed her. However, as she reached the exit, her mother Lilith sprang from the door.

"Gabriella, where have you been?" Lilith's voice carried a hint of urgency and relief seeing the Monteria heiress alone. She had been searching for her stepdaughter for some time and was nervous of what she might discover if she found her.
