Kapitel 256: Blood Fruit

The Lord of the East Sea Metropolis, Bernard, had been defeated in his territory. He also had to destroy a castle full of vampires.

The extermination of the Bruce clan attracted a large curious crowd.

The audience were the Temple Knights and clerics from the Temple of Light.

There were also hidden observers from the Magic Sanctuary, Palace of Darkness, and the Mercenary Guild.

Bernard was a vampire lord whom nobody trusted. Hence, he was not as successful as William. So even though he had great influence, he was suppressed by the powerful forces in the world!

As such, this incident was a great loss of face for him.

When the massacre of the Bruce family ended, rumors of internal strife within the East Sea Metropolis surfaced…

It started as an intrusion, but it turned into internal strife of the East Sea Metropolis. Still, the commoners of the city were not worried, and it did not diminish the authority of Lord Bernard.
