Kapitel 48: Chapter 48 toppled city, Poor Alexia?
The ground shook with every step as millions of pairs of eyes glowed in the darkness of the night, the intimidating feeling of having so many hungry predators looking at you was unnerving as the sounds that they made added to this dreadful moment!
The monster that stood by the summoners on the walls felt fear as many of them were freshly summoned compared to the ones that were created by Cu his unique mana signature was more potent in power, so if one were compared them by levels, the hordes of dragons were level 15 some were higher due to raiding the other cities while the common problem of freshly summoned monsters was that they start as a level one.
Thus the paling comparison was cruel for the City of Dreug, the people on the walls had unicorns, imps, angels, demons, land dragons, winged dragons, cyclops, and many more to help defend the city where sadly for them many of the monsters were too abused to move and react properly!
As many of the female monsters that were carrying a child in their bellies hindered them reducing their magic output by half, and even worse for those that were flying as they now lack the mobility to use their old techniques and moves.
The lustful nature of the people of this city worked against them!
How many of these monsters may or may not be purposely trying to die?
The different magic spells and chucked rocks did some damage to the horde of dragons which sadly was minuscule, as any injured would retreat to heal up then join the ranks again. The more devastating spells were destroyed by the two large Onis clad in either fire or lightning, the golems were one of the few groups that fared well as the rocks that they threw were lucky enough to cripple some of the dragons!
The people of the walls cheered with every successful throw and the masters of the golems were excited about the possible promotion and to continue their debauchery with their summons as female golems are capable of shifting their form according to the summoner's imagination, and these monsters aren't hindered by their pregnancy they just require double the amount of mana.
The flame covered Oni showed an unpleasant look as it stepped forward to speed up the task at hand this was the seventh city that they were destroying they cared not for the inhabitants but anyone that attempted to hinder them, all had the same end...

The flame covered Oni charged its attack as the feeling of fear coming from the city was intoxicating, yet that didn't stop it from doing what it must!
So a red beam of intense heat struck the wall before it burned through in a few seconds, and the attack continued until a large portion of the walls were reduced to molten magma!
The defenses that the City of Dreug were so proud of was destroyed in less than a minute their morale plummeted as many of the people escaped including the imperial family that was escorted by a gravely injured Frulad as he tried to fend off the attack that ruined their walls only to be blasted away, covered in burns and his summon reduced to dust!
the terror that they felt had only begun as hordes of dragons began breaching the opening mobbing the monsters that still tried to attempt to defend the city as while many of them hated their summoners with a passion, their children were still in the city to help 'motivate' them into trying harder but alas the cruel nature of these dragons made quick work of them.
if their King didn't command them to ignore the weak and those that didn't try to stop them they would've destroyed everything there!
but sadly their king's commands were absolute thus other than grumbling at the 'food' that was running away there was nothing more that they could do as when the people completely vacated an area it was leveled the city that stood tall for so many centuries was reduced to rubble in less than half a day.
but this horde wasn't done as there were four more cities left out of eleven!
----To the floating group in the sky----
A wolf-headed man looked down at the destruction that he caused yet he felt nothing, like he was watching a boring show before his seemingly emotionless voice, asked the demon girl that was flying beside him that was still in shock from the number of monsters he brought forth even more so due to the amount of power the two leading monsters that were clad in fire and lightning.
"So? how is it? to have your request being completed so soon?"
the look on her face was priceless as she still had the shocked look and shift her eyes back and forth between his army and the man that brought this all upon the cities what was even worse for the people of Dreug was that every time a monster from their side died this man would summon them to prevent the enemy from reusing them against him.
but what truly frightened her was that right arm of his that had a red sinister glow, as if it were a monster as well ready to reap her soul should she ever attempt to attack him!
which sadly was a misconception on her side as Cu's arm was at the fourth stage of dark thus those that were weaker than him by multiple levels would suffer from fear passively if they don't trust him, so the more distrust the more dread they'd feel.
but back to her as the demon girl's misunderstanding continued as again, he ain't a friggin monster king!
'This man was another level compared to the other monster kings she had ever come across and none of them had such an army at their disposal!'
So she could only meekly smile fearing for her life then answered.
"yes I didn't think that less than a day that seven cities are now in ruins and the eighth city is about to follow"
Hell with the display in power she started wondering if the wolf-headed man was actually a rune god or something of the sort, as there wasn't anyone that had this much power other than lady aurora and the rune gods!
"heh my dear 'Alexia' it would've been much faster if I hadn't ordered them to reduce the bloodshed as much as possible, that shouldn't affect your request, no?"
Cu replied with a kind smile but in the demon girl's eyes now christened Alexia, it was more of a mocking sneer as if warning her never to cross him, she shuddered briefly at the question before waving her hands in front of her in an exaggerated manner.
while her race was being saved by him, Alexia was started to have some second thoughts and began regretting that promise she made, while crying in her mind from the situation that she brought upon herself.
Alexia's worries increased as the man, that scared this demon girl so much, was staring at her before she started sweating in a panic of what may or may not happen before he turned back to look at the army of his that was heading to the next destination.
Earlier Cu was looking at her worriedly as her cold and aloof manner disappeared completely so while looking at her he pondered whether monsters could get sick or something like that but quickly dropped the idea then focused on commanding his army to just complete annihilate the next city to reassure Alexia that they had the adequate amount of power.
As he assumed that she was disappointed in how long he was taking, failing to realize that it was the exact opposite!
As Alexia at this moment cried again mentally "Oh lady Lilith, this man is scary! T_T"
