"What's going on?" Shen Mian finally came back. She looked at the table and noticed how incredibly tense the environment had become.

"Mrs. Shen, who are you to decide and judge who is a better match for me?" With both elbows on top of the table, Lu Fang questioned her as he held together his hands. His Devilish aura became apparent as his eyes sharply narrowed to Mrs. Shen's direction.

"Mom, what's going on?" Mian continued to probe seeing the repulsive look on the man's face.

Mrs. Shen stood up to pull her daughter beside her and said, "Lu Fang, take my daughter for example. She is what our society would expect for you to marry."
