Kapitel 22: You're late

They stood there for a minute just listening to her playing. They snapped out of it when she finally ceased to play the sweet melody. One of them hastily knocked on the glass of the door. The section leader turned abruptly, she was obviously startled. Soon she realized what was occurring and rushed to the door. They began to fight with the door. The flute section leader pushing from the inside, and the two DI's pulling the handle outside. it took an good two and a half minutes to get the door unstuck. The section leader began to pack up her instrument and slam her binder closed. "Did you two get the checkin sheets, locker numbers, and combinations for the incoming freshman?" the section leader said as she sped walked through the main band hall filled with many familiar faces and some new ones. She didn't wait for a response to run outside to the table with white printer paper that had flutes written neatly on it and taped to the front of the table so it hung over the edge. She saw a long line of freshman lined up at the table that bent in to the end of the neighboring table on the right, the clarinet table. Sign in tables were in order of size of section, largest being farthest from the door, so to your left was the trumpet table. The flute table was second to the farthest from the door.
