Halia didn't tell Jackson about Trojan's memory nor Joel Gabriel Santos. After all, this was a rare opportunity for them to be on holidays without the interference of work and she wanted her husband to enjoy it. But, after they checked into the resort and went to sit by the pool, she sneakily pulled her phone out and searched up the name Joel Gabriel Santos.

Immediately, a photo of the man she saw in her memory popped up on the screen along with several news articles. Joel Gabriel Santos was a minister that worked in the Department of Tourism and was a huge supporter of Chinese investment in the Philippines. Most notably, he was a huge advocate for Chinese casinos to be developed on the resort island of Boracay.

Halia frowned when she saw this.

If this man was connected to Trojan and The Organization, he was obviously a corrupt official. This was a huge deal on an international scale and something that she couldn't ignore.
