Kapitel 3: Chapter 3

**Time to introduce the Female Lead, Hana!**

Hana ducked her head lower as she tried to avoid the security cameras around her. While she couldn't hack her way into a military system without arousing suspicion, she could at least make it difficult for people to track her. Looking at the picture of her target, Hana took a deep breath and steeled her heart from the sense of guilt that never left her because of how many lives she took. She knew orders were orders and she had been trained from a young age to be a trained killer, but her life before her "training" prevented her from being a stone-cold killer, no matter how much they tried to beat a semblance of a conscience out of her. Hana opened her hand and a very tiny whirlwind started to form. Going to the door, she pushed the whirlwind in the lock and wiggled her fingers until she heard the lock unclick as she maneuvered the wind to push the tumblers into place.

Turning the door handle, Hana pulled her collar higher up her neck and quickly started to pull all the air in the hallway back towards her. She heard the sound of thuds as bodies started collapsing from lack of air. She could easily have suffocated them, but they were innocents and she was only supposed to kill one person. By taking away the air from the hallway, the guards would faint from lack of air and then she released all the air she had pulled towards her and they would be able to breathe again but not gain consciousness. Confidently and silently, Hana walked towards the door that said "Major General" and knocked.

"Come in" said a voice from inside. Hana pushed the door open and saw a redheaded woman sitting behind a computer. "Did you bring the paperwork I asked for?" she asked without looking up, her hand reaching out.

"I'm sorry about this, Major General." Hana opened her palms and flamed danced in her hands. Major General Raze finally looked up after realizing something was wrong.

Mitsuki drove the car into the building's parking lot. Seeing his mom's car, Mitsuki quickly parked and climbed out of the car. He took the elevator to his mom's floor and started the practice his speech to his mom under his breath.

"Mom, I'm not happy at Saber. I'm not getting better so I think it would be better to focus on one skill instead of both. I know that you wanted me to experience the university life you had when you were my age, but I'm lonely and not improving. I promise if I can go back to Temple, I'll go to the range everyday and even go back to back to Sensei." Mitsuki felt his hands trembling as he started to imagine what would happen if he was allowed back at Temple. He could talk to Marisong again, laugh with his friends and make fun of Saber students with them. He could finally confess and have a girlfriend and live a calm life. He had never resented his parents for their busy careers, but he didn't think that life was for him. He just wanted to live a peaceful life, maybe be a teacher once his skills were at the blue or purple level. Mitsuki knew it would be a lot of work to get that skilled, but if that meant he didn't have to be a soldier and could live a calm life, he would be okay with that.

He reached his mom's floor and saw that there were no guards in the hallway, no one walking quickly past him or saying hello. Feeling a bit of a chill in the air, Mitsuki felt goosebumps on his arm.

"Where is everyone?" Mitsuki wondered. He started to walk to his mom's office and lost in his thoughts, he tripped and fell hard on the ground. Groaning, he looked back and saw one of his mom's guards, Lt. Sarge. He crawled towards the lieutenant and shook him, trying to get him awake. But the lieutenant didn't react and Mitsuki let him go, his body slumping to the floor. Getting to his feet quickly, Mitsuki started to run towards his mom's office and he heard a series of crashes. He tried to turn the door handle, but it burned him.

"AHH!! MOM! MOM! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!" he screamed. He didn't hear anyone respond, but the violent noises seemed to be getting louder in the room. He kicked the door as hard as he could but it wouldn't budge. Creating his customary magical guns, Mitsuki shot at the doorlock and kicked the door again. This time, it swung open and Mitsuki ran in. All he saw was fire and destruction. Coughing, Mitsuki saw a black-clad person closing in on his mother with flames in her hands.

"MOM!"
