It didn't take a long time to make the decision as most of the students were already smart enough to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of their choices. Some other students followed their friend's lead and let them take their decision while others simply remained in their seat as they sternly questioned the authenticity of ChargeBolt's words.
Within ten minutes, only 1245 students remained in their seats while more than 9000 students dispersed. Setting aside the situation of the outside world due to the sudden change in the examination pattern, Kaminari laughed loudly as his goofy voice resounded in the almost empty auditorium large enough to hold thousands of citizens.
"Good! This is what I'm talking about! Risking your own life to protect others! Naive and foolish, but admirable to the core.
Of course, such a personality is needed to be accompanied with good strength and a capable mind."
Kaminari grinned as his past experiences flooded his mind. All his mistakes flashed before his eyes as he gazed into the eyes of the determined students sitting near the stage.
He spread his arms and raised his chin while his huge smile could be seen through the large screen behind him.
"All of you, whether smart, strong or clever deserves to know that this time around, your exam will be personally witnessed by the former S-Class Hero, the principal of this high school, one of the leading directors of the Hero Association and my past teacher— Eraserhead!!!"
A bolt of yellow bolt flashed on Kaminari's location as the sheer voltage of the bolt brightened the entire auditorium, causing the students to close their eyes while those with special eyes looked completely shocked.
Replacing Kaminari was a long, grey-haired man in a formal black suite while strips of white material hung around his neck and shoulder loosely. Sporting a scar under his eye and an unkempt stubble, the former S-Class Hero— Eraserhead took the stage.
Being one of the students who kept his eyes open, tears dripped down Rito's eyes while he felt his brain getting stung by an ant.
'How did he do that?'
Kaminari actually disappeared and almost immediately, Eraserhead replaced him with his hands in his pockets.
"This isn't speed or electricity, most probably, there is another quirk involved. Since ChargeBolt's quirk is electrification while Eraserhead's quirk is Erasure. Under all these circumstances, there is only one thing that comes to my mind.
Invisibility quirk or teleportation quirk or some kind of illusion quirk. But what if something else is at play here. Some kind of support machine.
Or maybe... there is some kind of replace quirk that can exchange the location of two people at once. But what are its limitations? Vision? Touch?
No, since there are only two people, the possibility of touch being one of the limitations is the least possible one...."
Rito and the surrounding students were slightly creeped out by the low and dull muttering as a short, brown-haired girl rubbed her chin and looked at Eraserhead with utmost seriousness.
But soon, Rito found his mistake as the supposed girl turned out to be an effeminate boy. After all, he was wearing a boy's uniform.
But his thoughts did send the other students into deep thoughts as one of them finally spoke out.
"Why don't you consider ChargeBolt using his electrification to move extremely quickly?"
The sudden question attracted the strange brown-haired boy with large eyes and soft features as his brownish-green eyes shone brilliantly.
He looked sideways and replied with a smile that did stun a couple of guys that weren't prepared for this sweet smile.
"ChargeBolt's quirk is electrification. It is quite a basic mistake to compare electrification with electricity itself. While ChargeBolt is capable of generating electricity of unknown voltages, he isn't a personification of electricity, which severely limits his power."
The student nodded while the brown-haired boy spoke once again.
"But of course, there was once a hero that held a quirk— Lightning, which allowed him to run at the speed of light. But he disappeared mysteriously. At present, only S-Class hero Flashy Flash can create the effect of teleportation through his sheer speed."
"I-I get it. Calm down, lady."
"I am not a girl!"
He stood up with an annoyed stomp but he immediately looked at the speaker and shook his head.
"That's not even the point. Since you wished to enter into a debate with me, why don't you introduce yourself? I am Akira Midoriya! What about you?"
Akira spoke passionately as he adjusted his make-believe glasses and looked at the slightly creeped out stranger.
"My mistake. Now leave me alone."
Not wishing to continue this strange conversation, the speaker regretted his words while Akira slumped back on his seat.
"How boring!"
Rito didn't wish to entangle with students of such quirky nature and kept his quiet. Either way, Eraserhead adjusted the microphone before his raspy voice resounded in the auditorium while the holographic image oh HellHouse emerged in front of the remaining students once again.
"Ahem, as you all know. This is HellHouse. The only thing we can confirm after his transformation into this mysterious creature is that he used to be a human male.
Beside his gender, no information can be extracted from this monster.
Under the command of Rank 5 A-Class Hero Goro Goro, it took almost 34 A-Class heroes to capture this mysterious being and study its features."
Shouta Aizawa aka Eraserhead, took a breath before snapping his fingers as the HellHouse's figure quickly condensed while the holographic image of the HellHouse's surroundings emerged in front of the eyes of students.
"While most of the students have quirks that are not suitable for head-on battles, they still have to partake in this exam.
Of course, you can still wish to leave. But any injury cannot be blamed upon the High School.
I understand that it took many sacrifices from A-Class heroes to capture this notorious Tiger-Level Threat, but if you wish to join UA Academy, you have to prove yourself worthy and stand out amongst your teammates in this particular battle."
Aizawa motioned his hand as a white circular boundary was created around HellHouse. The boundary wasn't too large or extremely close.
"The moment you step out of this boundary, you will be declared failures. In this battle, each and every one of you will be equipped with the school's sensor cameras.
After all, each and every one of you will be evaluated based on your choices and method of battling against this particular monster that is an all-rounder when it comes to long-range and short-range attacks."
"Before we leave, it is my responsibility to ask once again if someone wishes to leave the auditorium. After we commence the exam, you will have to enter the bounds at least once before leaving."
It was at this time, realisation dawned upon the students that the school wasn't messing with them and really intended to send them to this ridiculous fight.

Crackle
Popping sound emerged from his knees as Rito stretched while placing his hands over his knees.
Wearing dark-blue sweats, Rito stood right behind a thick white border as Haruna stood right beside him while her gaze observed the house of malice in front of her.
"Rito-san, I know that you are strong. But can you actually punch through flames?"
Haruna spoke as she pointed towards the raging flames surrounding HellHouse as his huge body was covered in alloy chains of unknown material.
Rito looked at her before smiling.
"At this moment, I would probably compliment my senior in the dojo— Garou-senpai.
Behind master's back, he brought a flamethrower during our sparring matches and started to brag that a martial artist's body should be resistant to fire and all that....
Let's just say, running through walls of fire and getting used to electrocution isn't a fluffy experience."
"Electrocution?"
Haruna asked once again for the sake of confirmation.
"I said electrocution? I meant education."
Rito immediately changed his sentence and looked at sideways as all of the students in similar jumpsuits got ready for the battle.
Meanwhile, Haruna still hung onto their previous conversation.
'What kind of crazy-shit dojo did Rito-san join?
Flamethrower?
For crying out loud!!'
The intercom in their left ears immediately lit up as Eraserhead's voice entered their ears.
"Prepare for battle. The moment a red flare is shot, your time will start. Remember, a hero's job is to stay safe while protecting. I hope that all of you will make wise decisions during the battle."
Though extreme, Eraserhead still felt the need to raise the bar of the entrance exam.
Even though he wished to see a peculiar quality in students that is extremely rare, he further hoped for some capable students that aren't all talk.
His experience has already showed him that even the bravest can fear while the most determined can lose their paths.
"Lastly, quirkless or extraordinary quirks, the only thing matters is that brain of yours. Use it well and astound us, the examiners to gain qualifications of entering this prestigious high school."
I thought that it would've been quite cool if a bolt of lightning struck Kaminari while for the sake of presentation, they used some means to make Aizawa replace Kaminari.
