Kapitel 2: Survivors Guilt
Jonah was a bright young man with a bright future.He was 16 in his sophomore year and he couldn't be happier to finally get his license. It was in winter when he took his driving exam in the brand new truck his parents bought for him. Of course he passed with flying colors and he was thrilled. To him it was a validation of his parents confidence in him as well as his first step into being independent.
He decided that his first act as a licensed driver was to run an errand buy groceries for at home. "That took longer than I thought." It was already getting dark by the time he was done. "I better get home before Mom and Dad start worrying" He wanted to surprise them with everything. However it wasn't meant to be. On the way home in the dark of a winter night an oncoming car suddenly swerved right into his lane. The small car was completely wrecked and Jonah truck rolled several time before coming to a stop.
