She hummed and made a slow turn to enter the convenience store on their left. She wasn't much of a conversationalist unlike he was, but Irene made sure that she would never leave a reply unsaid on her part. Most of the time, she would just listen to him.
Theodore had brilliant, funny, amusing stories to tell her and there were times where she thought if he ever ran out of those in his head.
She entered first and pulled out two popsicles out of the freezer. Handing him his favourite flavour, she saw how brightly he was beaming at her. She found him slightly blushing at her, and in Irene's eyes, he will always be beautiful.
