「Area 11: Order of the Black Knights HQ. 1100 September 3, 2017 」
The Four Holy Swords entered the hidden facility. They knew what they came from, they knew who they were coming for. Their commanding officer, Kyoshiro Tohdoh, has been captured by the Britannians.
Brought in to meet with Zero's second in command, they wished to ask for help, in turn promised to join their cause. Zero was more than delighted to accept them into his ranks. He had no reason to reject them, and he was quite sure his friend would agree to it as well.
In a world where those who have power suppress those without, it is best to have greater numbers and better warriors than one's enemies. If they were to have the numbers to rival the Britannian Military, they would free the world from most probable devastation. They would free Japan, their people could take back their pride.
As the holy swords stood there before Kaname, their heads bowed down as they asked for their assistance. A man entered the garage section of the facility, his eyes placed on them. However, the first thing one would notice was this man was wearing Samurai-esque armor which seemed to come right out of a science fiction movie.
He wore an ovular helmet, most of it being black, while the lower area around the back of the head and the jaw were a naval blue. The robing piece visible at the collar and arms was also naval blue, but had silver branches reaching out. It was quite different from the gold he had been wearing prior.
The difference between this armor and the other was definitely the color scheme, chosing silver over gold. At the same time the emblems on the shoulders were no longer that of the Oda clan's mon. It was clear that had only been a symbol for his first appearance.
This time he wore quite a different emblem, it was a cobalt blue design on black. There were two Geass symbols, one of them vertically flipped and placed on top of each other. There was an opening in the center between them. Together it appeared to be a spider-like design with a total of two legs symmetrically on each side. It was most relative to the biohazard symbol, except less than a warning.
At his hip was his sword, connected to its scabbard. By now those in the Order of the Black Knights figured that the scabbard was either just for show, or akin to a safety switch. They weren't wrong, it was for show, but it also doubled as a safety device. As long as it was plugged in, it wouldn't activate.
They immediately turned their attention from Kaname, who had already accepted their plea, to the man in armor. They could only stare at him for a few moments before making it clear they had been recognizing who it was almost immediately.
"Under the condition that you become a member of the Neo-Japanese Empire once Britannia has been driven out of Japan, we will help you." He corrected the terms, which made Kaname blink a few times hearing him speak of a Japanese Empire.
They were going to have a Japanese Empire?
It was clear Kaname wasn't brought into everything, and it seemed he realized he wasn't being informed about it all. Though at the same time, he liked the idea. A Japanese Empire, something not only to be prideful in, but something they needed.
Democracy was too slow to handle these types of affairs and a Monarchy, an Absolute Ruler, who had the people in mind as well as a good head on their shoulders, was more effective than an elected ruler.
So for now, he dismissed the notion that there was an Empire and nodded to concur with Zero's main right hand man.
The Holy Swords stood there for a few moments, but they didn't reject the offer. They still accepted that they needed the help, and that this was a small price to pay. Either way, they were fighting to Liberate Japan in the first place.
The only question which was in the back of their heads, was what kind of ruler would this man be? They didn't know his face, though plenty of other people did. It just wasn't public knowledge just yet, considering he deleted himself from many artificial databases to remain anonymous after showing his face at the hotel incident.
"May we see your face?" Nagisa Chiba asked, the woman who was infatuated with their commander. It was clear, she wanted something and someone to trust. If they couldn't see Zero's face, then they would see this man's face.
Zero was known as a symbol, this man, claimed he wanted the Throne to Japan which had been empty for over a century after they changed over to Democracy.
Reaching up, there was a sound of a click as the helmet unlocked from his armor and he took it off. Tucking the helmet under his shoulder, he looked to the others who took his appearance in.
His ash brown hair was still cut short, layered on the top. He was clean shaven, his eyes seemed to glow a faint yellow green as they were hazel, but were taking in plenty of light. He was clearly a half-breed, but Japanese none the least.
"European or Britannian?" Ryōga Senba, an older grey haired fellow, asked curiously, rubbing his index finger across the tip of his nose. Curious of the man's background.
"European. Born in Japan, abandoned in Japan as an infant."
They paused hearing about his background. So he was an orphan, assuming his parents were either dead or as good as dead. They nodded slightly as they accepted his hereditary background.
"In that case, since we have everything agreed upon, lets get to planning. The Britannian Empire, I assume, will be expecting a group of resistance fighters. The question is, will they be expecting more than one approach." He stated with a grin across his lips. "I can enter the prison without being detected, while your unit operate under Zero's command approach from the front."
He wanted them to be a distraction, or decoy. At least, in a sense, they were the back up should he not be able to make it out. However, despite this being what they thought, it was more so just a show.
He didn't need anyone to do anything to acquire their leader, all he really had to do was waltz in there with his newfound powers and nab him before anything went down. However, he had to give Euphemia to make Suzaku her Knight. Even though he had already went over with her that she could choose him to be her heard knight, it seemed she had already thought about it.
She was going to do it, when the time was right. When everyone had their doubts about him, when everyone was looking down on him, she would make him shine like the brightest most luminous star in the sky, Naos.
"Understood, Sir." Nagisa stated with her militant posture, she wasn't going to call him Emperor or your Majesty, until her love interest was freed. She needed a reason. The others did the same, for similar reasons.
"Call me Graham," he ordered rather than trying to 'correct' them. He gave them a name, which would likely be abandoned with his coronation for a more Japanese name. That or he would only have his given name, Zakku. "The operation will begin at sundown, prior to his execution... Don't be late Ladies and Gentlemen." His eyes glanced over at the Black Knights present before turning on his heel and walking towards his car.
The four holy swords watched him, more so his feet. Out of everything he was wearing, the armor and such, there was something off about how he was walking. When they had taken a glance at his feet, they noticed that he was wearing only one boot, the other foot was bare, a brow raising on each of their faces.
Were they going to be following a child that could barely take care of themselves?
