Kapitel 56: The Dive to the Heart
After fighting a lot of these monsters, I changed Or. Magic! For Extract! And I tried it on them but it didn't work. After that some more appeared from thin air and I was really exhausted. There were a lot of types of shadow-like creatures. Some were soldier-like, others were really fat, and there were some little ones that floated and used elemental spells. Ron and Ginny where stopping their own share on other room and I couldn't let this guys to arrive as reinforcements there.
Rainy- they don't... stop...
Then a guy in black appeared from a dark portal with a weird key-shaped blunt weapon and killed all those monsters with ease. While he was at it I couldn't help it but feel like a kleptomaniac when I used extract on him and saw ''???'' as one of the things I could extract. I didn't think it twice when I extracted and copied that. It meant another trait and whatever it is it's more power, because this guy was really strong. When he finished them, he looked at me with his coat covering even his face, and then he got out with another portal. It's really good that Extract! don't make any sound.
Soon after that we were landing on the town where is situated the entrance to Gold Saucer.
Rainy-... Finally- we, we are on... Gold Saucer.
Ron- what were those things!?
Ginny- I don't know, but the next time you have to help more Ron!
Ron- hey! I did what I could but the only thing I have to defend myself from monsters is Incendio and Stupefy! And I didn't want to burn the airship! Who knows what this muggle science will do if burned!
Rainy- it, wouldn't do anything... but don't, worry. I can protec- protect you guy...s....
Then I passed out.
[General point of view]
Ginny/Ron- Rainy!
Rainy fainted and the siblings carried her to the place called North Corel. The town seemed to be a good coal town, and they had a cableway up to Gold saucer. They both searched for an inn to stay and let Rainy rest. They found it after a while, it was on an elevated place, from where you could see all the town. They paid for a room and laid Rainy on the bed. Then they took two chairs nearby and begun to talk.
Ginny- Ron, we have to help Rainy more. She's always doing everything...
Ron- I know. But I feel useless when she's around. It's like it will be the best option to let her do the job, you know?
Ginny- that's why I'm going to train too. I want to be of use. If not, she will be always like this, tired and worn out.
Ron- but how? We can't follow her on her training! She's been training since she was four years old! And she has that magical power called mana! And the GFs!
Ginny- true, but she's also human... can you see her on that state and not think of how could we have helped? We aren't useless! We are a witch and a wizard from Hogwarts!
Ron- ... we'll see what we can to do, but as you said, we are wizards, we need to learn more on Hogwarts before we are ready for things like this.
Ginny- well, that's why we took Defense Against Other Worlds Arts no?
Ron- yeah, we'll be stronger!
Rainy-...ugh...
Ginny- Rainy?
Rainy- G-Get away!!
Then Rainy woke up and fell of the bed.
[Rainy's point of view, a while back]
I felt that I was falling, endlessly. And when I retrieved my conscience, I landed on my own two feet on a black platform. I was confused, but also I knew that it was a ''dream''. it felt similar to when I fought Odin.
Rainy- Odin? Where am I?
.....
Rainy- Odin??
The I moved forward, only to be blinded by a light below my feet for 5 seconds. And when I looked again, I was on a circular platform that had a drawing of me on one side holding a key-shaped weapon, and another me on the other side, holding another Key-shaped weapon. One of the weapons was wand-like, seemed like it was made of wood, and it had a keychain that was the symbol of the four houses of Hogwarts. The other one was a silver weapon that was more of a sword than a key, and had the lion I made a pendant as a Keychain.
Rainy- what the hell? Where am I?
???- interesting. Never heard of a self-chosen like you... really interesting.
Rainy- who's talking? Where are you?
???- I'm here to guide you, Chosen one. I don't know how you did it, but you made a dive to your heart even without being a true chosen.
Rainy- is this about the trait I copied from that guy in black?
???- maybe... but whatever the reason, being here makes you good enough for this. More so if you did it on your own. Now chose your path.
On the moment he finished talking three stone pedestals appeared. One with a sword, another with a wand, and the last one with a shield.
???- chose which part of you do you want to enhance and which one would you give up on in exchange.
Rainy-...(I actually enjoy being all-rounded...) Can't I be all-rounded? I'm training everything...
???- that's not an option. And you can always continue training magic even if you discard the wand, or continue training your resistance even if you discard the shield. This is just an aid on your specialization.
Rainy-... I'll chose the sword, and give up on the shield.
???- that's your final answer?
Rainy- yes.
Then the pedestals disappeared and on their place appeared some more shadow-like creatures like before.
Rainy- this guys again? Wait... where's my ring with the stone? And my wand?
???- you won't need those here...
Then the sword I picked up earlier appeared on my hand. But I had no time to search for logic here as one of the shadows attacked me from behind and I barely defended myself with said sword.
Rainy- damn it. I faint from fighting you guys and you appear even on my heart? Well I'm sick of it! Come on! Keep coming! I'll kill you all!
The next was me destroying all the monsters with the sword. I noticed that not only my wand and my stone, but also my junctions, the GFs, and even my command screen weren't here. I could only rely on my strength. As the rage helped me to kill all those monsters, I would have seen my eyes go yellow during the fight if I had a mirror. And when one of the last monsters was going to attack me from above, I pushed him back with a dark wave that got out of my hand.
Rainy- W-what was that?
When I killed the last of them, all the platform I was was covered in darkness, and It begun to swallow me.
Rainy- w- what? Hey, v-voice, give me a hand!
???- do not worry, as even in the darkest places there's light. And you have the brightest light of them all.
Rainy- But stop with the cool sentences and help me!
The darkness covered me completely.
Rainy- d-damn. G-Get off!! Get away!!
Then I fell of a bed.
