One, to create a new character. Two, to check the information of the bank account bound to his game account. Three, the data of the battle replays he paid and saved. 

Since there was the function that will allow him to reemerge in World of Martial Arts with his old ID, Happy skipped the first function and went straight to check his bank account information.
