To be honest, the museum was facing a financial problem. They were struggling to take care of the museum. So, when Yu Qi offered a price that was much higher than the original value, Director Gui felt that the problem would be solved.

After placing the spear in the museum, they had numerous bad things happened in the museum as hearing someone crying in the night, someone crying, asking for help. Before the spear came into the museum, there was something like that happened too, but that was not so intense as this.

And the most troubling incident happened when the glass that protected the spear broke multiple times for no reason. After that, the spear was just displayed outside. They put the rope to prevent the visitors to come closer to the spear. 

So, when someone like Yu Qi came wanting to buy the spear, they were happy to get rid of the spear.

"Okay, Miss. It is a deal." Director Gui nodded.
