Kapitel 7: chapter 6

The entire night I stayed up in my bedroom all alone wondering what had just happened. It made me question what life was about. But this was someone who knew nothing about my past. He didn't know what an emotional wreck I was on the inside. The reason I was I quiet little nerd in the first place maybe he could help. He could rewrite my past. It's a chance that I needed to take that risk for myself.

In the morning I was awoken to a call by Luke. "what up little sis"

"nothing much, what about you"

"nothing, I don't have much time before my meeting, I just called you to go get jasmine from the airport. She will keep you company as well as zack."

"Yass, finely some girl company"

"speaking about company how is zack" I could hear Luke's tone change "he hasn't tried anything has he"

"no, no, he says in his lane" I replied

"good also have you changed your bandages" he questioned I looked down to remember I have had these on for the past two days

"yeah I have" I responded

"sorry little sis I have to go, love, you" and with that, he disconnects his phone. I got ready and walk outside to see Zack standing outside with bags under his eyes. His hair a bird's nest but he still looked hot with a jawline that could cut paper.

"so, did Luke call you as well"

"yeah he did," Luke said awkwardly as he scratched the back of his neck. Our trip to the airport was silent we only shared a glance like every ten seconds. Once we get to the airport I saw a lean figure with brow long hair and brown sparkling eyes.

"Jasmine" I scream as I broke out into a sprint. Her head spun in my direction as she dropped her luggage and embraced me in a hug. Never spit a girl and their best friend up. They will kill you.

"b**** I haven't seen you in ages" she muffled into my hair. As I pulled back her talkie side stared "So apparently you didn't change your bandage, Luke told me I had to make sure." Dam it Luke could tell when I was lying.

"Also, I am so sorry about leaving you behind, I know you had to stay back last minute. I couldn't even ask what"

"stop rambling Jasmine"

"Oh, okay, just curious there this boy who is looking at you like your meat" she says seriously eyeing the mystery person "Oy you "she started to scream at him "yes you don't you dare look at my friend like that she is not eye candy" I turned around to see a very baffled looking zack

"don't worry about him. He's supposed to be keeping an eye on me" I remarked as I rolled my eyes. We loaded her thing in the boot as she gossiped about all the hot guys she had met. Jasmine was 17. She didn't go to school and had a boyfriend that was also a part of the mafia. His name was Sam. Jasmine was a poor girl that was brought up in a house where drugs where normal. Once she joined the gang, through Sam, me and her instantly became besties. We dropped her off at the gang house then went to school. As we pulled up to school I could feel zack adverted gaze on me. When reached to open the door but zack locked it.

"Hailey please let me explain what I did yesterday," he said while looking straight at me. He gulped before he continued to speak "Look I really like you and you're the most beautiful girl I have ever seen I never believed that you were a nerd. I always knew there was more to you then I thought. You seem to be so nice and kind. But when I saw the real you, you were outgoing and easy to get along with. I was instantly drawn towards you. You're so confident and smart at the same time but a complete badass"

"what are you trying to say" it came out, merely a whisper. His gaze fell to his lap as his eyes wandered over his hands

"what I'm saying is…"

"just tell already" I snapped, irritated of the mixed feeling he gave me. It was clear we liked each other he even kissed me and tried to make me jealous. He inhaled a sharp breath before turning back to me and saying

"will you be my girlfriend "

My breath was stuck in my throat. I couldn't seem to process what he just said. Did he just ask me to be his girlfriend? My thoughts went back to last night. Did he really mean it or was he just messing with me? I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out. Closed my mouth again to rethink my sentence I was about to say. I opened my mouth again and closed again like a goldfish.

" Sorry, I knew it was too soon. now I've messed this up" Zack began to ramble.

I was still in a state of shock and the only word that escaped my mouth was "yes". Instantly I repeated it louder, so it could sink into my brain. " yes, I'll be your girlfriend. "Zack fist bumped the air like three-year-old winning chocolate. I shook my head and unlocked the car. I stepped out and meet Zack at the front of the car.

"I can't wait to tell everyone you are mine now" Zack eagerly smiled. just on queue Anna struts over to us

"Hey, babe how come I never get a ride to school" she question zack as she throws her arms around him.

He peeled her off him and replied, "because of your not my girlfriend." Her face was one of pure shock and mortification. She soon seemed to release who his girlfriend was. I stood there and watched in amusement

"her, why would you date a nerd that is so weak and pathetic when you can have me." she shrilled "I can help you in ways she can't, and I make you feel thing she can't " she muttered seductively but loud enough for me to hear. I stepped forward " if I was weak and pathetic I would have to look like you. " the crowd that had formed around us let out an ooh. Her face turned bright red." hey everyone, look I found the reddest tomato" I said signalling at Anna. I stepped forward "this is going to be my revenge for all the kids you picked on." I warned in a low voice. as I stepped back the crowd seemed to engulf anna. I grabbed Zacks' hand started to walk to the first period.

"I forgot what badass my girlfriend was" He whispered into my hair and he kissed my templet. I giggled. The first and second period went by like lightning. At recess, I went and sat at the same table where I ate my food yesterday. soon I was accompanied by zack and his friend.

"Hey shortie," he said as he placed a light peck on my lips. I turned around to see nick, Daniela and Fred looking at us in pure shock. We simply ignored them and continued to eat our food. Zack had fries which I was drooling over. I snaked mine had to his plate which he caught.

" what do you think you're doing " he questioned in a serious voice with slit hint of amusement

" your fries were calling my name" I answer in an innocent voice. he smiled and looked down at his fries.

"open your mouth," he said. I did as I was told as he feed me fires after half a plate of eating. we both turned our heads simultaneously to face zacks friends. Their faces were to die for. We both busted into laughter and continued to feed each other. Nick then cleared his throat " so what are you two now, dating " he mocked.

" we are " Zack replied while putting another fire in my mouth. Nick, Daniel and Fred all seemed to freeze in time with their mouths hanging open.

"when did this happen " Daniel questioned

" today morning" I responded as I feed a spoon of ice cream to zack.

" you finally grew some balls zack" nick snickered

"how does it feel to be dating some with a microscope penis " Danielle joked. I laughed at my little reminder of yesterday. I was saved by the bell. as I walked out only revised a sneer from Anna as zack wrapped his arm around my waist. The week went on like this with many more encounters with Anna, only to end up with her embarrassing herself. We went on a couple of dates. Only me Zack and his friends knew about our relationship I kept it a secret from my parents, jasmine and Luke. It was Friday afternoon when I and zack were cuddling in a warm burrito of blankets as a storm raged on outside. Zack stated kissing my neck. I tilted my head to the side giving him full accesses of my neck. I felt my skin being sucked. I turned my head around only to have my lips cash into zacks. his hand roamed around my hair as mine rested on his jawline. As we were getting heated a sound rang through the house. It was the doorbell. zack and I shared a look. My gaze went along his shirtless body down only to see a major bulge in his pants. I thought someone had turned up the thermostat in the house because I was boiling. I knew my cheeks were burning red. the doorbell rang again. some people are so impatient. me being me there was no way I was going to get that. I gave zack a pointed look and he slumped his shoulders understanding what I meant. He stretched out his hand for me to garb. I unwilling held his hand and walked our way down to the stairs with him to the door. I grabbed a gun and put it in the waist of my jeans. hiding behind zack I could see a buff figure on the other of the door. who on earth could this be I thought. zack opened the door to be confronted by the Greek nerd. What was he doing here? he was supposed to be in Italy. And he was standing in front of a shirtless zack. Shit. He can't find out about us
