Kapitel 2: Prologue Part 2
On his way back from another futile attempt of removing the Z sword from its prison, Kibito made his way back to the Supreme Kai.
As he flew leisurely across the clear sky he felt a very minute energy coming from the distance. Wary he made his way towards its source. Amidst some bushes, he made a startling discovery.
A large spiky green egg almost a meter in height lay nestled in its center. He picked it up and carefully analyzed it with his energy. Despite repeated efforts, he couldn't make sense of the lifeform within. Helplessly he immediately used Kai Kai and returned to the Supreme Kai. Perhaps he would have better luck.
'Supreme Kai. Look at what I found whilst I was out training.'
Shin raised his head and looked at the egg with interest.
'How bizarre that egg seems to hold a being with the blood of many. How very strange.'
'Is it dangerous? Should I destroy it?'
Kibito raised his hand and charged his energy ready to fire a beam at the egg.
'That won't be necessary Kibito. The lifeform in that egg has as much a right to life as you or I. Control yourself. Don't be so hasty in the future.'
Lowering his arm, Kibito retracted his energy and bowed his head to Shin.
'Forgive me, Supreme Kai. I will not make such a mistake again.'
'Good. Learning from your mistakes is always the best way to improve oneself. As for that egg...keep it safe. All we can do now is wait.'
'Yes, Supreme Kai! I will protect it with my life!'
Shin helplessly sighed.
'Then I'll be counting on you.'
