Kapitel 136: Working Against Time

"Fine, but I want you close. If things become too dangerous I want you to go back into the City where it's safe. If something happens and you can't make it back I want you to call me. Deal?" Alec says watching me with dark eyes.

I smile and roll my eyes yet again as I say "Yes, yes I know. I'll be fine, I promise." I stand up and look to Nero saying "Help finish the walls. We will keep them off you all. If they do attack the City they will attack the unfinished wall."

Nero nods and shifts away as I walk to the door. "I'm going to go grab the others. I'll meet you at the wall." Alec looks like he wants to say something else but he bites his tongue as shifts away. "Let's go find the others Chip," I say as I walk out of the office.
