Kapitel 9: A walk with Itsuka
Silence is all that greeted Mike, it might be the fact that everyone is dumbfounded that he recovered and come to class so soon but Mike thinks it's obvious that he stepped into the wrong classroom
"I think you are in the wrong classroom." Vlad King the hero teacher of class 1-B said to Mike
"Hahaha well, this is awkward. Sorry for disturbing the class but can you tell me where class 1-A is?" Noticing that he is in the wrong classroom Mike first apologizes for barging into class during class before asking where class 1-A is
"Ara ara is what is this? A student from 1-A getting lost while trying to find his classroom isn't that pathetic. This is why class 1-B is better. We would never do such-" The moment Mike stopped talking one of the most annoying voices in the whole world sounded out that is of course class 1-B student Monoma trying to prove that class 1-B is better than 1-A as always but again as always he was knocked in the head by Itsuka knocking him unconscious
"I am very sorry about that." Itsuka as class president apologized to Mike for Monoma's behavior with a slight bow before dragging Monoma to the back of the classroom
"Well, I could tell you where classroom 1-A is but seeing as you are not really in the optimal state I will have Itsuka guide you." Vlad King who is standing there awkwardly looking at Mike's bandaged body while one of his hands still pointed towards a portion of the board where the class lesions were inscribed on instructed Itsuka to guide Mike
"Ah well if it wouldn't be too much of a problem I would gladly appreciate your help." Honestly, Mike wouldn't need Itsuka to accompany him he would just need the directions and go towards the classroom while using his observation haki to find the way but why would Mike miss out on such fine way of bonding with a pretty girl
"Alright well then let's go." Itsuka approached Mike with a smile but not like Mike could see that before dragging him off by the hand towards the hallway
Along the way to the classroom, Mike and Itsuka talked about various topics from school to fashion and heroes, but it was a little hard to talk to Mike since he couldn't really hear what Itsuka said sometimes but Mike figured out that Itsuka is a very energetic and easy to talk to girl from what that is until the halfway point where Itsuka asked a question which made her freeze up
"Now that I think about it you still haven't told me your name even thou your voice does sound familiar." With a finger on her lips, Itsuka pondered about where she already heard Mike's voice and why he looks so familiar to someone she knows
"Oh, yea I still haven't introduced myself how rude of me. I'm Mike nice to meet you Itsuka." Remembering that Mike still hasn't introduced himself, Mike smiles at Itsuka or at least tries to smile since the bandages block his mouth before outstretching his hand for a handshake with Itsuka
But Itsuka froze, in the whole school there is only one person with the name Mike, the top-ranked student, her savior as well as her secret crush so Itsuka involuntarily froze once she heard his name, blushed hard and lowered her head
She couldn't believe it that she was constantly talking so casually with her crush without even noticing it, it makes her a little happy but at that moment her face gained black lines
She remembered how Monoma insulted Mike and how she had to knock out Monoma, and she remembered how she casually talked with Mike so she panicked, she definitely didn't want Mike to see her as a brutish tomboy type of girl yet that is the exact image she displayed on their 'first' meeting
She didn't count the time he rescued her as she considers that that time he treated her like any other person and not a girl, even if it wasn't her Mike would still save the person in her place
Even thou Mike's eyes are covered with a gauze she knew that he saw her action's after all during their whole walk he always kept the same distance away from her and always took a turn with her even thou she didn't announce a turn, right now Itsuka wanted to go back to class 2-B and beat the shit out of Monoma
"Hmmm what's wrong Itsuka?" Even thou Mike couldn't see her face Mike still noticed that she suddenly stopped and tensed up at the mentioning of his name which is a little weird in his opinion
Itsuka looked up to see Mike's 'eyes' gazing at her which made her remember the day when he saved her which came along with the memory of his perfectly sculpted body and hard muscle making her blush even more
"I-i-its nothing let's continue on." Itsuka wanted to continue and stare at him while making up fantasies about their future but then she remembered what her original goal was, to guide Mike to class 1-A so a fire started burning in her eyes so with a shaking voice she urged Mike to continue on walking
'I will make this the best walk out there! I will show off my girly side as much as possible while making the walk as slow as possible!' With a clenched fist and heart full of determination Itsuka lighted a fire in her eyes before continuing the walk with Mike but this time her walk was a little different
First the posture she walked in changed, she walked in a more ladylike manner which also slowed down her footsteps making the walk much slower
Besides, that Itsuka started talking in a more ladylike manner, often avoiding profanity or dirty jokes and she appeared to have started talking in a more sophisticated manner
To Mike, this situation was really confusing, after all, why would someone suddenly change the way he or she talked or walked it just doesn't make sense but Mike still enjoyed the walk with Itsuki
In the end, they arrived in front of class 1-A, a walk which should have not taken more than 10 minutes, in the end, took more than 20 minutes because of Itsuka's change in the middle of the walk
"Well Itsuka it has been a pleasure to talk with you but it seems that it is time to part ways." A little begrudged Mike turned towards Itsuka and bade her farewell since it was time to part ways
"Ah has our time of parting come soo soon? Indeed I have as well enjoyed this talk together with you, I hope we can see each other again soon. Here is my mobile number if you need anything just call me." Seeing that it is indeed time for them to part Itsuka felt a sense of loss in her heart while sadness bubbled within her so she gave Mike a slip of paper with a string of numbers before running off towards class 1-B with her top speed sprinting all the way
Once she arrived at class 1-B which took less than 5 minutes since she ran Itsuka calmed down her rapidly beating heart and ragged breathing before entering the classroom
Once she entered everyone stared at her and she became the center of attention but before anyone even the professor could talk to her they saw her eyes turn crimson red once she saw Monoma and she charged at him like a mad bull
For the next few minutes, bone-chilling screams escaped from class 1-B as well as begging and pleas for mercy but they were soon muffled out by noises of someone being brutally beaten up
As for Mike well, he stood there with a dumbfounded expression underneath his bandages
'How am I supposed to read this?' Mike's confusion stems from the fact that he is currently blind so he cannot wrap his head around what was going thru Itsuka's head when she gave him a slip of paper with her phone number on it when he clearly can't read since he is well you know fucking blind
'Guess I'll save it for later.' Deciding that it would be useful to keep the slip of paper with him, Mike put it into the right pocket of his pants
Fortunately for some odd reason when Mike woke up in the hospital, he found a spare set of clothes just his size next to his hospital bed which he changed into who knows how they got there *ahem* totally not plot armor or any such bullshit *ahem* which allowed Mie to walk around the world without shame
Standing in front of the huge door behind which are the best heroes of tomorrow Mike took a deep breath in before putting his hand on the handle and violently jerking the door open
"Guess who's back!" Beyond the door are all the students from class 1-A and the teacher Aizawa who is standing in front of them lecturing them about the sports festival but since Mike bagged in everyone' head turned towards him
"What are you doing here Mike?" The first one to come forward and receive Mike is Asus, she asked a question it is after all completely unexpected that Mike appeared here and now
"Mike are you all right?" Izuku jumped up from his seat with eyes wide open once he saw the bandaged Mike 'looking' at them
"How did you get here?" Aizawa came towards Mike next, Aizawa was there with All Might when they heard Mike's diagnosis and honestly, Aizawa didn't have much hope for Mike to become a hero because of the bridal mental state he would be left in after he encountered the villains yet here he is Mike in the flesh surprising everyone in the classroom by suddenly appearing
"Slow down, slow down. I am still weak I will explain everything that happened." Seeing or rather feeling that the whole class is rushing towards him and faintly hearing their questions Mike raises his hands to calm them down before beginning to explain how he got into this situation
Mike's story is simple, once he woke up a man calling himself Dr. White told him that he healed his body but that he can't heal his head before disappearing so Mike did the only sensible thing an unstable person like himself would do and went back to UA to attend classes
"Well, that is complicated. For now, sit in your seat and wait for the end of the lessons and I will later go to the principal to explain your situation." Aizawa could already feel a headache from Mike's actions but he is indebted to Mike so he will let it pass and will not expel Mike for his recklessness
So the class continued and somewhere at the end the other students in class 1-A started to talk about their future and they even asked Mike about his future but Mike ignored them since he is more focused on his observation haki than them but the student's thought otherwise
They had all heard about how badly Mike was injured so they probably thought that Mike is deaf and can't hear them
"Woohoo, the sports festival! Man, this really got my blood boiling."After the class the thing everybody talked about the most is the sports festival especially the machi manly people like Ejirou, they are especially hyped to present themselves towards professional heroes
"Deku, Iida, Mike lets crush them. Let's win the sports festival!" Uraraka agreed to Shirou's proposal she wanted to win and she wanted to be noticed by as many professional heroes as possible so she clenched her fist and announced her hype with a loud shout
Her face turned black while her eyes gained a dangerous glint almost like fire and her grin gained an almost maniac like sharpness
"Uraraka your face looks dangerous!" Iida commented on the side while waving his hand it the usual karate chop style bringing everyone's attention towards Uraraka especially since her current actions contradict her personality too much
"Uraraka why do you want to be a hero?" Remembering something at that moment Izuku asked the question that has been bothering him from the moment he met Baraka, her reason for wanting to be a hero
"For money. I'm embarrassed that I don't have pure goals like the rest of you but I want to be a hero for money. My parents work in a construction company but we are broke so I want to have money and provide my parents with the life they deserve." While nervously scratching her head Uraraka retold her past, her dreams, and her ambitions and how she wants the money to make her loving parents live a much better life than they are right now
"It's a noble goal Uraraka and I'm fully supporting you all the way if you need my help just ask." Mike suddenly chipped in from the side surprising everyone that he actually heard that conversation, it is an unexpected thing but Mike stained his hearing to hear this conversation
"Thank you, Mike. But while we are on the topic of why we want to be heroes why do you want to be a hero Mike?" Uraraka thanked Mike with a relaxed smile on her face before remembering that no one knows Mike's wish to be a hero either
Mike as the top-ranked student is always a topic to be talked about yet even with a lot of people knowing him no one knows his dreams or ambitions nor do they know has a reason for wanting to be a hero
"Me, well I want to be a hero because I just want to be a hero. There is no special meaning, desire or wish I'm just following my desire to be a hero." Now that he thinks about it Mike doesn't know why he wants to be a hero
It is not for the money as he can gain that easily but it's neither for rescuing people he honestly doesn't care if anything happens to a random civilian they can die or live for all that he cares so Mike came to a conclusion, he is a hero because he wants to be one no deeper meaning to it
"Like an animal huh, well I think it fits you well." Mike's motive reminded Uraraka of wild animals who always follow their instincts and desires which Mike kinda resembles in a weird way
"Izuku do you want to eat rice with me." Suddenly All Might pooped out of the corner carrying a bento box looking like a young school girl and asked Izuku to eat lunch together
"Ah um yes, see you guys later." Seeing that his teacher needs him for something Izuku excuses himself before going away

Electez There probably won't be a second chapter today.My friend rides a dirt bycicle and he asked me and a couple of others to help him build a road with obstacles for him to ride over. I like q fool agreed to help him, and I really should not have done that. We worked a couple of hours with only a shovel and some gardening tools on the worst fucking earth ever. There is like 2 centimeters of earth before you run into stone so we had to dig up stones without a pickaxe so yea I'm pretty fucking tired.
