Most of your hairs are left in the places where you were. But. Even when they weren't displaced by purpose there are a lot of ways of transfer. Wind, cats and dogs (from the same garbage), birds and do on.
And the fact of your presence in the area. They almost never demand to evaluate how many people were in the area. It's ridiculous...
And than, that ruling of the Supreme Court from the 2013. If you don't invoke the Fifth Amendment before the arrest you have no rights and your silence would be used against you...
