He read about the famous sea cities of the world, Venice, Shanghai, Singapore, Pusan, Durban. Then he pulled out a large volume that he had chosen from the shelves - Uncloths - the Codified United Nations Law of the Sea, with all its complexities. Eventually he fell asleep with the volume in his hands dreaming he was on duty on a warship protecting mother Russia from the double standards of its historic Enemies.
