This types of ability use the mana inside their body which was absorbed from the outside.

You can even enlarge your d*ck or t*ts as big as you like!
You can even turn into a legal loli! Or a girl if you are a boy!
So this is how Physicals use mana. I see, like how that guy turned into Ash Ketchup.
Physicals can store more mana inside their body if they train. So Jack have larger mana inside his body at his age because of his father.

Punching, slapping, and tying it.
He tied his hands that he had a hard time untying it!
" Hey, Anna? If I turn my hands back with it like this. Will it turn back to normal? "
Anna looked at Jack's hands which was tied up. She doesn't even know where his fingers went!
" I don't know? Why don't you try it? Then I'm sure we will know. " Anna doesn't know what to answer. She was never in this situation before.
Jack looked at Anna. Scared. Jack panicked.
" Anna, help me untie my hands! Quickly before I run out of mana! "
Anna quickly helped Jack untie his hands.
' What is this? Is this his thumb? Is this his pinky?'
Anna was very confused. She doesn't even know where this goes and where that goes!
" Anna hurry! Untie it. Quickly! "
Anna was getting dizzy. She was trying her best.
Then suddenly. Jack's mana couldn't hold out much longer and.
Crack.
Sounds of bones being crushed, deformed, broken can be heard.
" Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! "
And Jack's scream can be heard from afar.
" Father! Father help us! "
