So the second part my training would would be to try and control how much I blue fire I gather and how to monitor how much I have. we also have to work on Gathering the blue fire well standing and moving cuz the first time I did it while sitting and you know how that one. so at first to monitor how much I have reset this little band that had the needle that attached onto my wrist and that monitored it at first and then so when the band started glowing red I would know that I have reached my limit before I explode into a bowl of blue fire. so I mean when we were stuck it on it hurt for a second but other than that so how to control it I would release some of it when I move my hand like punch I had released blue fire out of my hand and then the target I hit kind of blew up into a fiery ball of blue fire. I had a harder time with using kicks to release the blue fire cuz I lose my balance when the target wouldn't blow up in the ball of blue fire so we worked on that for roughly 3 hours I finally got the hang of it though.And so a day later we took the band off and I worked on monitoring the blue fire on my own when we took it off at the wound that it made kind of hurt but I'm fine definitely so that doesn't matter. so while I was training to monitor the blue fire on my own I ended up getting it almost instantly so that's good.
