Kapitel 26: "How did you stop it?.."
EIRA POV:
I don't know Why I am crying so much? Why it's hurting so bad? How can someone be this much stone heart?? How can he not feel anything . he was hurting, his child and his girlfriend. I was so stupid I thought he has goodness in him and hides it. I don't want to see his face.
"WOO...OOO...OOOOOO"
Wait! What is that sound? Then I look around. I was in a forest. How I came here ?. I shouldn't be here. I need to leave. I turn to leave but again, I hear that sound. It was coming from somewhere close. I started running in the forest. The sound! It starts increasing and increasing. I was running at full speed. I felt something is running behind me.
I hear a loud sound of howling, and I turned to see.
"AAAHHHH...hh..." I screamed and closed my eyes tightly.
It was a bus.
I slowly opened my eyes, was just 4 to 5 inches away from it. A hand has stopped it. I turned my neck to see it was Adrain.
"Are you mad?? Get aside?"
" Oh, God! Were these idiots now a day comes from."- A driver from the bus shouted. Adrain pulled my hand and made me aside.
I was still breathing heavily. I was just about to get hit. I was so scared of that sound I didn't realize it when I reached the road.
"What are you doing here?" - he shouted angrily.
"What if I didn't come at the right time?"
" How can you be so careless?''
"You were about to get killed."
"I am..am sorry. I don't know that sound."
"I just got scared. I don't know when I came here." - I said, trying to calm myself down.
"We should leave now."
"Wait! how did you stop it?"
"I didn't stop it."- he said, glaring at me.
"I saw with my own eyes you stopped it with your hand.''
" You are just in shock."-he said casually.
"I know what .....before I could say further, he yelled at me in anger.
"Do I look like Superman to you ?''
''You are lucky that he applied break on time ."
His phone starts ringing. It was Claira.
"Hello, I will be there in the morning ."- he said and cut the call.
"I can go myself. You don't need to worry about me ."
" I don't care about you. I can't leave you here at this time."
Why does he always have to say this?
" Let's go!! "
"It's ok! I will call a cab or something ."
"Let's go!! "- he said, grabbing my hand.
"Leave my hand Adrain!"
"Leave! Adrain "- he was not listening to me.
" I said just leave my hand."- As I shouted, he left my hand.
"You don't need to do.do this acting."
" I know what type of person.. the person you are ."- I said, trying hard not to cry.
"I can't believe myself. I was so foolish that I thought you are a good person."
"How can you be so cruel?? You try to hurt your child and girlfriend."
"You're coming with me!! It means you are."- He said, looking into my eyes.
I can't fight him. I don't have any energy left now.
"Where is your car?''
he didn't answer, started walking.
I was looking outside the window. I still believe he stopped the bus but, how can he stop the bus ?.. it is not possible. Everything is so confusing about him. There was just silence between us. As I reached the hostel. I get out of a car without looking at him. I didn't even look back.
ADRAIN POV
She hates me now. I saw the disgusted look for me the first time in her eyes, but I shouldn't be sad because I always wanted this only. I still wanted her to hate me more and more. I am not human, then also the pain I saw in her eyes makes me feel weird inside. I don't know how can a dead walking person like me, feel this. I wanted to shout at her at that time, to tell her not to look at me like that.
A banging on my door broke my thoughts.
I was sitting on the sofa and drinking blood. I was in the cave. Who could come here ?..
"You Idiot!! I have been searching for you everywhere ?"- Drek yelled in anger.
"What happened ?"- I said, taking another sip of blood.
"Do you remember the sarijiya tribe ?"
Before I could reply, he cut me off by saying -" Someone, Killed them."
"What ?"- I shouted in anger.
I started running in a forest, behind me was Drek. I was running at full speed. They were the ones who help us in finding Dawson, and they also saved Mike's life from other vampires once. They were like a family to us. They don't drink human blood. According to them Drinking, human blood is a sin.
Blood! Blood! Blood !.....was everywhere.
The blood has covered the whole ground. I ran towards huts they were no one. Where is everyone?.....
"Adrain.....Adrain ."- I heard the Drek yelling.
I ran toward him at full speed. He was looking toward the sky. What! He is looking at?....
My whole body started vibrating due to anger for what I saw!! Heads of all people were hanging from the tree only their heads lower body was missing.
I have been standing here for 2 hours.
I didn't say anything and was looking at their head. I want blood on my hand.
"Adrain, we should leave now ."
"I want all the information on those who killed them."
"I want their blood."
