Standing on the viewing deck, Magna watched as the airship made it's slow descent. His face was slightly blushed as he made an attempt to forget what just happened.

Leaving the conference room, Magna smiled as he felt that changes in Weiss's mood. To say she was happy is an understatement. She was so happy that she even hugged him before he left as she whispered, "This is payback for hugging me before, you dolt."
However, once he left the room, his face paled in horror. Standing right outside the room, wearing wide smirks on their faces were his parents and Qrow.
Magna experienced a wave of panic as he instantly exploded into a deep blush. His parents said nothing as they happily smiled at him while Qrow grinned at him and wolf-whistled.
To not embarrass himself further, Magna dashed off with a deep blush on his face.

Back to the present, Magna watched on as Weiss and Winter slowly made their way out of the ship.
As if they felt his gaze, Weiss turned towards the window he was watching from, smiled brightly and waved frantically to him while Winter gave him a soft smile and gently waved goodbye.
Seeing their silhouettes get smaller and smaller as they left, Magna smiled as his mood improved.
Suddenly, Qrow, his parents and the little girl squad entered the room. Qrow wasted no time as he said, "Kid, we'll be leaving now. We're going to meet up with a friend of mine. His name is Taiyang. Once we meet up, he'll sort a temporary place for you and your family to stay at until your house is ready."
Magna blanked as he thought, 'Taiyang? YOU MEAN YANG AND RUBY'S DAD!?!'
Before Magna could even ask any questions, Qrow smirked as he said, "I know your sad now that your little girlfriend is gone but we really need to leave so we can-"
Qrow didn't even get to finish as three little hands grabbed his shoulder. A soft voice asked him from behind, "What are you talking about, old man? Would you be kind enough to fill us in on the details?"
Even though Argo's voice sounded soft, Qrow couldn't help but shiver. With a dry laugh, he easily freed himself from Argo's grasp as he said, "Maybe later, little girl. We really need to leave or else we'll be late."
Qrow vanished from his spot. Magna's parents chuckled as they lead the children outside with Magna following behind.

The town was a short distance away from the landing area so it wasn't long before they arrived. Magna noticed the glares coming from Argo, Luna and Emerald but said nothing. He was confused on why they seemed angry at him but something else preoccupied his thoughts.
He was wondering why they were meeting up with Taiyang instead of a government official.
However, when he arrived at the so called 'meeting place', Magna felt a powerful urge to smack Qrow across the head as he instantly realised that no government official would have a meeting here.
What stood before Magna was a bar. Luckily, it was on the good side of town so the area around them was quite clean but Magna knew that Qrow only came here for a drink, the meeting was probably just a bonus.
Just as Qrow was about to walk inside, his body disappeared as Emily kicked him into wall.
Looking at the imprint of Qrow on the wall, Emily snorted before walking inside. Magna shivered as he saw how easy it was for his mother to bury someone like Qrow in a wall. The rest of them didn't dare lag behind as the quickly ran inside the bar.
They all sat around a large table while Emily and Qrow, who somehow already recovered, order food and 'drinks'.
Qrow took a couple swings of his whiskey and said, "Damn it, Emily. Do you gotta be so harsh?"
Magna's mother shrugged her shoulders as she replied, "If your gonna act like an idiot, then prepare to be treated like an idiot."
She looked over towards Magna and the girls before she continued, "For heavens sake, Qrow. We have children with us!"
This time, Qrow shrugged his shoulders as he said, "But they won't order alcohol so it should be fine, right?"
"That's not the problem, Qrow. You know what tends to happen at bars."
As if on cue, a pair of drunk old men started fighting each. They threw heavy punches at each other while swearing and cursing, causing a harsh light to glow inside Emily's eyes.
Sweat dripped down Qrow's forehead as he disappeared and threw the two drunk fighters outside. He awkwardly smiled at Emily as he softly said, "Your right… I just really wanted a drink. My stash on the airship was drying up so I need to restock."
Magna was really surprised with how close his mother and Qrow seemed to be. Joshua saw the look on his face, chuckled then leaned close to Magna's ear and whispered, "Do you want to know why Qrow and Emily seem so close?"
Seeing Magna nod, Joshua said, "Back when we were still in the army, Emily lead the squad that Qrow was apart of. But don't get me wrong, Qrow wasn't in the army, he was a freelance huntsmen that helped us out on the more… dangerous missions."
A complicated light flashed in Joshua's eyes as he sadly muttered, "…And we had alot of dangerous missions."
Before Magna could ask what's wrong, the door to the bar swung open. As a breeze of fresh air blew through out the bar, Magna couldn't help but sniff the air and think, 'Cookies?'
Turning towards the door, Magna's eyebrows twitched as the new arrivals looked like the start of a bar joke.
A tanned man with blue eyes and short blonde hair walked inside, accompanied by two small girls and a dog. The man wore brown clothes and had a bright smile on his face as he looked towards Magna's parents.
The first girl, who appeared to be the eldest, had lilac eyes and bright golden hair worn loose that faded to pale gold at the tips with a cowlick sticking out at the top.
The second was a young girl with silver eyes and black, neck-length, choppy hair that faded from black to dark red at the tips.
The pair wore little dresses, yellow for the first girl and red for the second. The blonde seemed uncomfortable in her dress as she seemed to fidget non-stop while the one with silver eyes hid behind the blonde.
Besides them was a small dog that froze when it made eye contact with Magna. He could already guess why the dog froze but ignored it as he was mentally screaming at how cute the new arrivals looked.
The blonde man rubbed the sides of his head as he tiredly asked, "Qrow, when we need to meet up, can we meet at a more normal place? It's not good to bring children to a bar."
Qrow just laughed at what the blonde man said as he happily replied, "No way, Tai. You know that I need my pick-me-up."
Taiyang ignored Qrow as he turned towards Emily and smiled.
"Emily! Joshua! It's been too long! Imagine my shock when I learn that two of my best friends who I thought to be dead, are alive and kicking! Hell, you even have kids now!"
Tears started to pour from Taiyang's eyes when he finished as he struggled to say, "I-its good… that you guys are… still alive."
A gentle smile appeared on Joshua's face as he heavily hugged Taiyang.
Suddenly, Magna heard a small commotion coming from the front door. Turns out, the two girls that came with Taiyang were trying to bring the dog inside but, for some reason, he refused to move from his spot.
The one wearing the red dress had tears in her eyes as she clung to the blonde and tearfully said, "Y-Yang, why isn't Zwei moving? Is he sick?"
The blonde, Yang, shook her head as she replied, "I don't know Ruby. Maybe he needs to go toilet?"
Magna knew why he didn't move so he decided to help the girls. Jumping off his chair, Magna walked over to the two girls.
Yang and Ruby saw Magna coming closer and stared at him curiously. Once he got a couple meters away from them, Ruby disappeared in a shower of petals and appeared behind Yang.
Deciding he came far enough, Magna stopped. He put his hands up to show he meant no harm and said, "Are you guys okay? Do you need any help?"
Yang looked at her father, who nodded to the little girl, before turning back to Magna and saying, "Our dog, Zwei, won't come inside."
Magna smiled at her awkwardly as he scratched the side of his face and said, "That… may or may not be my fault."
Tilting her head, Yang gave Magna a confused look as she asked, "What do you mean? How is it your fault?"
Seeing her confused look, Magna explained, "My semblance is a little… fierce. I think Zwei felt the pressure from it and froze."
Closing his eyes, Magna mentally yelled, "Kurama! Stop scaring the poor thing!"
Kurama didn't reply as all Magna heard was a tongue click. When Magna reopened his eyes, he smiled and said, "There! He should be fine now."
Just as Magna finished talking, Zwei finally moved. It stared at Magna cautiously before walking next to Ruby and Yang.
Just as Magna was about to go back to his seat, Magna felt something crash against his stomach, causing him to fall back.
A small groan escaped his lips as he looked at the cause of his fall. The little girl in the red dress, Ruby, sat on his stomach as she stared at him with stars in her glittering eyes.
