The bouquet lands in Brielle's hands unexpectedly. Her face goes beet red, and she hides behind the flowers as there were cheers and chatter. Brielle moves away for the excited group.
Kitty giggles before heading to the head table. Leo held out her chair and helped push her in. "For food, we have all sorts of barbecue food all made by the chefs for the day Carlos, Peter, and Nathan. Thank you for all your hard work." Leo starts clapping. Leading the rest of the guests to hoot and holler. Leo gets up, kisses Kitty's cheek, "I will get you some food. You stay seated here, and don't worry about dragging that dress on the ground." He left and walked away.
Stella was sitting at the end of the table holding Charlette. "Who's a beautiful little girl? That's right you are." She rocked her smiling happily.
“I begin to describe a three-tier cake. The bottom tier would be a deep, dark devil's food cake filled with thick chocolate custard. The middle tier would be a vanilla cake filled with a fluffy vanilla mousse and a layer of roasted strawberries. The top tier, designed to be removed whole and frozen for the first anniversary, would be one layer of chocolate cake and one of vanilla with a strawberry buttercream filling. The whole cake would be covered in a layer of vanilla buttercream, perfectly smoothed, and the tiers separated by a simple line of piped dots, looking like a string of pearls.”
