Kapitel 2123: Bureaucracy

The larger a company or organization becomes, the more annoying the bureaucracy becomes. This is especially the case with governments. It's basically to the point where it's better to just pretend an issue never existed and just directly fixing it, instead of reporting it. Otherwise, just getting the permission to fix the issue could easily take over a week.
